It's giving me creep vibes. The store was closed mid day so I waited for a few minutes to see if they would return momentarily. This young, unkept man emerged from the back room tucking his shirt in with one and hand opening the door the other. He said they only took cash and debit cards. The phone customer service might be useful remotely but I can't unsee that image. I'm on my second hot shower for the day. Disgusting filthy space.

I switched my service out of Boost because the service is just terrible, they immediately locked me out of the account. I have spent more than 2h on the phone trying to get into the account with no success. All I want is to maintain my phone number and it seems impossible. And I can't even cancel the account, so I had to cancel the credit card number. I explained this to several agents and they just told me I should change my PIN or my email or my address on the account.

Worst store I've ever seen I bought a 12 Apple phone device two years ago, it's been four months since I paid for it, I already left the operator and I've been there 5 times to unlock my phone and Elis can't get the worst company...

Don't get fooled like me - They do not have customer service agents that speak fluent English and keep you on hold for so long that you're forced to hang up. I was recently sold a SE 2 as new however when the phone would not download the iphone upgrade I contacted apple support and was told this phone is 2 years old and apple classified as refurbished . When I tried to get a return address and packing slip to return, as none was enclosed in their packaging I was kept on hold for one hour fifteen minutes. I filed a complaint with the Massachusetts attorney generals office to report these rip off artist.

This is horrible ? . They don’t speak English and they only care about Portugueses and Spanish customers. I bought a phone one year ago and they said they will unlock it after a year from the purchase. Then, when I call to unlock my phone, the guy told me to wait 2 more months. This is tricky and thief’s things. This is very unacceptable and no company shouldn’t act like this to keep customers with them. Stupid company and this store is awful ?
