About Boston Figurative Art Center
Boston Figurative Art Center (BFAC) offers a warm and welcoming space for artists to draw from figures. The center has a good size friendly group and a professional sitter. Sessions are not a class, but an instructor is available for consultation, making it stress‑free. Models are diverse in age, body type, gender, trans status, and race. The lounge is comfortable, airy, and perfect for waiting. Gift certificate ordering is responsive, flexible, and accommodating, and recipients are very pleased. Paint and Sip events provide a relaxed and supportive vibe, a great stress release. BFAC hosted a large event of 80 people, and the staff was responsive, accommodating, professional, warm, and friendly. The space is gorgeous, with white brick, warm lights, and art on the walls, and it is affordable for the area. It is recommended for classes, coworking, and event hosting. Unlimited subscription is $100/month, giving access to both locations and over 35 sessions each month, and the Washington St location can be used for co‑working.

A wonderful, airy, welcoming space. The models are diverse in age, body type, gender, trans status, and race. The lounge is comfortable and perfect if you're stuck waiting for transit. I only wish I could afford to attend all the time!

Had so much fun at the Paint and Sip event! I'm not a painter (as you can probably tell) but the vibe was relaxed and supportive. I enjoyed getting in touch with my creative side and what a great stress release!
