I recently visited the Burlington store in Somerville and purchased a jacket. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that they didn't provide proper shopping bags and instead offered a trash bag, which felt unprofessional. While the staff was polite and explained the situation, it was still inconvenient and not what I expected. I hope they can improve this experience in the future.

I was there last month, I won't go back. Every time I go the store is an ungodly mess, stuff all over the floor and the store looks dirty. Plus the wait in line is ridiculous. I waited 45 minutes then I put my stuff down and left the store without buying anything. I noticed reading the other one star reviews that the answer from management, whether it's last week or years ago it's always the same, they're working on the problems, they hear you and value your opinion etc.etc. but it's all BS because apparently nothing changes. I will be back if and when you run a decent store, till then you lost my business. TJMaxx is right next door.

Prices seem higher lately—perhaps due to inflation or the festive season—as the apparel and shoe deals aren’t as good as they used to be. The store also feels a bit disorganized, though it’s good to see enough checkout counters open to manage the long customer lines efficiently.

It’s ALWAYS a mess in here. Lots of items thrown about and it looks like a toddler ran through the store and just tossed everything around. Not to mention the registers only 2-3 at a time open with a line rapping around the store.

Great options for quality clothing but the long line can be annoying. Glad they have so many checkouts to ease it off a bit

Says it’s open till 11pm but they start warning you from 10:30 and trying to usher you out by security by 10:45. They supposedly close the fitting rooms by 9pm despite being a clothing store that is open for another 2 hours. Unfortunately, similar feedback is given in other reviews posted months ago and the management at this branch has clearly decided not to listen to feedback nor abide by the actual store closing times.
