Literally the worst care experience I've had.Since I started getting my care through CHA, I've had multiple times where I show up for scheduled appointments just to find out they were cancelled. I've been scheduled with doctors other than my primary without warning and had my appointment not covered by insurance because of it. My primary left CHA and I was never told. I spent 7 MONTHS calling them on a weekly basis trying to get set up with a new doctor only to be told there were no openings and to check back in a week. I finally get one scheduled, then find out afterwards that they scheduled it at the WRONG LOCATION.I can no longer deal with such incompetence. You shouldn't either. Find a different company to get your care through.

If there were an options for 0 stars trust me they would get it. They have committed a HIPAA violation is a big issue. Then there are the issues of taking a month to finally run a blood test to try to see what what wrong with me, they were "letting things play out". There is the issue with the staff on the phone where they are almost chronically rude and disrespectful. The "Patient Experience Team" of CHA is very hard to get a hold of when you want to advocate for yourself, then the issue is sort of "settled" without ever really telling your side of the story. I am not one to review businesses let alone medical practices at all because I know it is tough work that I respect, but once you violate a patients trust on numerous occasion it is fair game. That violation also leads to the distrust of the medical community going forward.

This is the worst clinic, I’m so glad I switched, the receptionists are always so rude and I could never get a hold of the doctor. I definitely don’t recommend this place

CHA needs to hire more Medical staff. Instead of booking you with a Dr. now they can only book you with a nurse and you still have to wait weeks.

I've been seeing Pharmacologist Garret Lech, PhD. for almost a year. I cannot find enough great things to say about him. He's caring, professional, compassionate, and goes the extra mile to meet his patient's needs. Dr. Lech is a great asset to CHA, and I highly recommend him!

Cambridge Health Alliance it's over.I have severe pain in my back and I can't get help.primary care must wait 40 days for an appointment, specialist 4 months.time to change.

Honestly CHA used to be great when I was much younger, but over the years it’s gotten progressively worse. I had a phone appointment last month which I received the call for 2 hours late. Due to the pressing issue, I tried to leave an in person appointment where I have to wait more than a month to be seen. Even when something is urgent, I have a better shot of dying than seeing a doctor at CHA.

I recently received a voice mail to set up an appointment with primary care Dr.Corey at CHA 300 Bway, Somerville Ma.…I returned the call and was put on hold…I understand that the phone receptionist could be busy…but what I was put through is UNACCEPTABLE! I was put on hold and after a full 30 minutes I finally gave up…I tried to call again and was put on INDEFINITE HOLD AGAIN!!! so, I attempted to contact My Chart…I forgot my password so I attempted to reset it…I was told that my info was incorrect and I was unable to reset the password.…excuse me, but I’m fairly sure that I know my correct name, correct email, and correct date of birth! This is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere for anything…….I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO CALL THE CHA AT 300 BWAY, SOMERVILLE AGAIN….so, I guess that means that I will never be able to set up an appointment or access MyChart….so be it…goodbye, as a veteran I am just going to go to the VA where I am treated with respect…

I have not been able to get through for 2 weeks being on hold for over 30minutes. Emailed too, I was just assigned a pcp at cha and cannot make an appointment through my chart

CHA used to be good but it's gotten beyond bad, so much so that I'm considering looking for a new primary care. My recent appointment for a physical was canceled last minute. And I went in for another appointment where I was going to be referred to a dermatologist... 3 months later I get a letter in the mail that there are no appointments so I should call my insurance to find someone else. If you like timely care and increased chance of death, use CHA.

It's like pulling teeth to get anyone in the phone and once you do, they're RUDE. The associate is lecturing me about a letter vs. a form needing to be filled out. If you don't like your job that much, QUIT. I was very kind, polite, and understanding until this woman was outright rude to me. She told me she needed to talk to her supervisor about an issue and then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. Don't come here, not worth the headache just trying to get in touch with your doctor!

Horrible experience as I have to wait 30+ minutes for someone to answer the call. It does not matter what day or time - always the same issue!
