Luigi Louis Gerald is the man to go to when I need help with my chase bank accounts or bank needs in general. He’s a great manager. Patient, responsible, professional and compassionate to provide solutions to my need, which is a unique situation for managing my accounts.

ATMs should not have business hours or at least should have longer hours than the branch itself (8 PM, for example). The fact that the ATM is unavailable after 5 PM is ludicrous.

The vestibule should be open late. These early hours leave no room for emergencies or those with odd hour jobs.

Very great experience, I just came here from Oklahoma and had to take some money out of my CD. The Lady who assisted me was very professional and sweet. I am very happy to Bank with Chase Bank.

The people here and the manager definitely don't know what they're doing. Did they ask me for a government ID? I have both a NJ and NY ID. They didn't accept it and asked for my passport. I argued with them about this. I went to the Harvard Chase branch and they said there was no need for such a thing and that a single government ID was enough. Don't come here, go to Harvard. People here don't deserve their salaries!

The staffs are unprofessional. Wasting time to walk-in, they cannot answer you any question unless you make an appointment. I don’t see any reason why they need this local branch. I should just use my chase app and everything can be completed.
