Very great experience, I just came here from Oklahoma and had to take some money out of my CD. The Lady who assisted me was very professional and sweet. I am very happy to Bank with Chase Bank.

The people here and the manager definitely don't know what they're doing. Did they ask me for a government ID? I have both a NJ and NY ID. They didn't accept it and asked for my passport. I argued with them about this. I went to the Harvard Chase branch and they said there was no need for such a thing and that a single government ID was enough. Don't come here, go to Harvard. People here don't deserve their salaries!

The staffs are unprofessional. Wasting time to walk-in, they cannot answer you any question unless you make an appointment. I don’t see any reason why they need this local branch. I should just use my chase app and everything can be completed.

Hate leaving negative reviews, but this was terrible. I applied for a Chase card and they asked me to come into the branch in person to provide some documents. The people at this branch promised me a follow up email the next week but never called. A month later I call Chase and my application has "expired."
WHY??? What a huge headache I wasted three months of my life on. Even worse, when I try to call the branch to get an update, I just get rerouted to "use the internet." Super annoying.

I highly recommend this bank if you’re looking for excellent service and/or fast results. I needed checks and was unsure how to go about it- the team inside was incredibly helpful and friendly. Luigi and the other staff member who supported me were lovely, and had immediate answers to all of my questions. They completed the task for me inside of 8 minutes & answered all of my questions, providing multiple helpful options along the way.

I have been banking with Chase for a while now and this is the best location I have been to! The staff is helpful & it’s not too busy at most times. I was able to open up my debit card account & deposit my check very smoothly, Thanks to Mark who was able to help me out on my visits and made my experience enjoyable. He was patient and provided me with proper service.
