I came here to ask to put a medication on hold on August 30th and I had terrible service from an employee named Lisa who works at the pharmacy. The woman didn't even wait for me to tell her what I was there to do. She already told me a bunch of things that had nothing to do with what I came to do. I asked her to explain and she didn't want to listen to me. She kept talking over me while I was trying to explain. It was terrible. A terrible employee. CVS should pay attention to her and her behavior towards customers.

I was pleasantly greeted by staff at CVS in Somerville, asked if I needed assistance, she quickly directed me to my needs and I was out of the store within 2 minutes. I always have a great experience with the staff at this store

The pharmacy at this location is decent, they have a great pharmacist & a not so great pharmacist in a nut shell. But I would personally like to recognize Maddie at the front counter. One day I had several items I was buying & I had a bunch of $5 virtual gift cards which made it a long horror show to pay for. However Maddie stayed extremely patient & pleasant the whole time, She even helped me save some $$ by finding coupons I had. Maddie was a real sweetheart and companies would run a whole lot smoother with more people like her. I sure hope she's being paid well because I know if I was a manager I sure wouldn't want to lose her! THANKS AGAIN MADDIE!

The male pharmacy tech was insanely condescending and rude when I asked about why they refused to fill my prescription or notify my doctor that they couldn’t fill it; apparently MA doesn’t allow for brand name to be substituted for generic if there’s a shortage of one but not the other, but how would I know that?

manager at this location is one of the rudest humans ever. Have had more than one interaction with her. The first she essentially came up to me like I was some kind of shoplifter and asked me what I was doing - I was looking for a photo album to put my own pictures in manually versus buying a premade photo album- she caught me so off guard and said 'No we don't have any of those'. I came back the next day to the same section and found one without someone hovering over me, questioning me, and then being unhelpful. The most recent occurrence though - was at the checkout. I suspect that employees get frustrated at having to intervene in the self checkout, as their attitude 10000% shows this. Don't interact with the customer with attitude and not expect questions and feedback - i.e there should be a sign on which side things NEED to go... there shouldn't be a 'skip bagging' button if you CAN'T press that. FYI some stores literally tell you to press this. Anyways, if you want to be harassed and interact with some cranky humans that will then rub their attitude off on you and effect your day, then by all means go to this CVS. FYI this does not apply to the pharmacy - I've never had issues interacting with anyone in the pharmacy.
