manager at this location is one of the rudest humans ever. Have had more than one interaction with her. The first she essentially came up to me like I was some kind of shoplifter and asked me what I was doing - I was looking for a photo album to put my own pictures in manually versus buying a premade photo album- she caught me so off guard and said 'No we don't have any of those'. I came back the next day to the same section and found one without someone hovering over me, questioning me, and then being unhelpful. The most recent occurrence though - was at the checkout. I suspect that employees get frustrated at having to intervene in the self checkout, as their attitude 10000% shows this. Don't interact with the customer with attitude and not expect questions and feedback - i.e there should be a sign on which side things NEED to go... there shouldn't be a 'skip bagging' button if you CAN'T press that. FYI some stores literally tell you to press this. Anyways, if you want to be harassed and interact with some cranky humans that will then rub their attitude off on you and effect your day, then by all means go to this CVS. FYI this does not apply to the pharmacy - I've never had issues interacting with anyone in the pharmacy.

Trying to get through to speak with a real person is is extremely hard. The automated system gets spaces or gaps where you don’t know what is being said. This is a terrible system they have in place. You have to leave a message and hope they call back. I am going to change from cvs and go to the Walgreens around the corner from my house

I love CVS however the one in Medford Square in Medford MA was the worst experience I have ever had. I spent over $400 and the check out lady was rude, in patient and ignorant . I plan on returning most of my things as soon as I can get back there on principle alone!

They don't answer phones anymore!! I needed important info about a medication so I called the pharmacy, and after waiting through a full 2 minutes of menus and wait music, I got directed to a new voice-mail system where they promised a call-back later. Why won't they answer at all nowadays? I got 1 attempt at a call-back 3 hours after I left my first voice-mail (they didn't leave me a voice-mail to answer my question after I was unable to pick up quickly while working, just called and hung up after like 3 short rings) then no call-backs after I left 2 more voice-mails. It's been a week now, and no attempted communication from them again. I tried to go get an answer in person but they were closed in the middle of the afternoon (no info about this online, had to go on my lunch break in person only to see a sign that said so). This is a ridiculous way to run a business essential to people's health. How do they expect us to play a days-long game of phone tag to get critical information about our medications?? Answer your damn phones!! At least call us back, as promised!! And post online if you're closed regularly in the middle of the day so we don't make trips in person for nothing!! I am going to move to a different pharmacy asap. Seriously, this is just bad business, CVS.

Very fast and efficient for passport photos! I drove to this location cause the location near me has bad reviews and it was worth the extra 10 minutes driving in traffic to get the photos done here. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service.

The pharmacist is extremely rude. There's recently been a shortage of the medication my wife is prescribed so we've gotten into the habit of calling CVS to double check they have it in stock and can fill on the fill date. After multiple phone calls, text updates, and notifications from the CVS app saying her prescription was in process, I went in to pick it up for her. The pharmacist refused to give it to me. She claimed that I was a day "too early" and that it was against "CVS limitations" even though the app (and my doctor) told me I was there on the correct day. The pharmacist accused my wife of overtaking her medication saying that "even if today is the fill day, she should still have some left so why does she need it?" We were so insulted that we canceled her refill and had her doctor call it into a different CVS which had it ready for her that day. It wasn't "too early" and it wasn't a "CVS limitation". It was a pharmacist that was ill-informed and caused an extremely stressful situation for a patient for no reason.

Came in with my kids for passport photos. Kamala and Frank were incredibly patient and helpful. They had to retake photos of my youngest a couple times because she kept making silly faces. They were both very nice about it. I'd definitely recommend Kamala and Frank for passport photos!

The staff at this pharmacy are some of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever interacted with and, despite its very convenient location, I will not be filling my prescriptions at this CVS going forward. Most recently, I had a refill in process that I planned on picking up during my lunch break. I called ahead and the pharmacy manager (Donna) spoke to me in a very hostile manner before stating that she wouldn’t fill it until the next morning (despite the fact that was already “In Process” and I had rearranged my work schedule to pick it up during lunch). I was caught off guard and asked what the issue was and her response was so combative that I started shaking by the time we hung up. I don’t understand why anyone would speak to a patient like this and it seems that the pharmacy staff are on some type of power trip. In the 10+ years that I’ve been filling the same prescriptions at various CVS locations, I’ve never been treated in such a degrading and nasty manner on multiple occasions (both in person and over the phone) and I will be filing a formal complaint against Donna after this most recent interaction. Highly recommended avoiding this pharmacy at all costs. CVS management should also take note of these reviews because I’m clearly not the only person who has had a negative experience with the pharmacy staff...completely unacceptable.

Whenever I go in they have some issue with filling a prescription despite what what I am told through other CVS communications (app, phone). It’s amazing CVS is even still in business.
