I would say zero ..! I had to pick up my daughter's prescription that she she had sent to them almost 5 days ago . First I was on hold for almost an hour for pharmacy and then went in to find a very unprofessional pharmacist , who could not find the prescription and when I spelled out the name and the doctorate said it could not be filled as it was OTC . I knew it was not but went to the aisle she directed me and when I came back and told her it was not she said she could order it . I asked politely it has been five days ..why. was it not ordered before ? She looked at me as if I was asking the strangest of questions..Then I said my daughter needs it now could she look up which. other cvs may carry it and she said she could not !!I have never seen such an unhelpful person and she was smelling. of Marijuana and had a very unkempt appearance and I am surprised she is allowed to work in healthcare ..A very bad experience .will not be going to David square CVS. again

This place is horrible. Short on staff, never answer phones, could careless about customers. I would suggest avoiding this CVS Pharmacy at all cost. If I could do less than one star I would. You're welcome.

i’m writing this right now as i feel like i’m breathing through a straw i’ve called my doctor to see if they had sent my prescription over to cvs and they said they did about 8 hours ago. i’m on the app and it said delayed waiting for your doctor’s approval up till three hours ago and i’m trying to call to see if i can come in to pick it up and it seems like no one over there can hear the constant rings coming through this is absolutely unprofessional i’m on the verge of tears i don’t feel like going to the er when i know my medication can give me immediate relief. i don’t want to go all the way down there in the state i’m in if i dont know for sure i can get it. a two minute phone call could’ve prevented this review… way to go cvs get it together ?

The pharmacy is hit and miss lately. They are not picking up the phone. I have been trying to get in touch with the pharmacy and no one is picking up the phone. That is ridiculous!!!

Pharmacy never answers phone, waited hours on hold. Went in person, they just ignore the phone completely. I went in person and 3 pharmacists were free, they just ignore the phone, seems like their policy

The store staff are the best, but the pharmacy is another story. They have music playing like they getting ready for the club. My doctor couldn't reach them because they don't answer their phones. They're the worst. If you need a prescription filled, go to Walgreens.

Incompetent and rude. I have never been to a worse pharmacy. Any given time I go there are multiple pissed off customers

When I was there, Staff was dancing to the music and just walking around in the back of the pharmacy while you can hear that there are 4 calls waiting.This, after I was on hold on the phone twice for over half an hour each time and no one picked up. Now I can see why

This pharmacy has been my go-to for years. However, about a year ago there seemed to be a staff change and now I literally cannot get through to a pharmacist on the phone no matter how hard I try. I have been on hold for 7 hours now over the last few days just trying to get a single person on the phone to ask about my prescription status. I can't use their automated system, because my medication is a controlled substance, meaning I have to talk to someone in the pharmacy to figure out what the issue is, and lately that's been absolutely impossible. I think I'm going to give up on this venue. Extremely disappointing.

Over the years, I’ve always learned never to go to CVS unless I have to. They clearly don’t treat their employees well and it trickles down to you the consumer.

Don't bother with this location. It's the worst. I'm giving 1 star because zero isn't an option. I used to love this pharmacy, but now it is impossible to reach anyone on the phone and the wait times are ridiculous. I have sat on hold for 20-30 min, sometimes longer every time I call and today was the worst. I allowed plenty of time knowing they have a lunch break at 1:30 pm, but I sat on hold for over 40 minutes and at 1:30 pm (when their lunch break begins) someone picked up the phone and hung up. I'm officially done with CVS.

Pharmacy staff are always playing on their cell phones and my drugs are never ready when they say they would be (even if I’m days late…). It’s a race to the bottom and nothing will improve until there’s a malpractice suit or someone dies. Go to another pharmacy if you value your time and energy!

Pharmacy is closed everyday from 1:30-2pm. They do not reopen on time and take very long breaks. Prescriptions are never ready on time.

I thought the pharmacy would get better after COVID but some how has gotten worst. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go elsewhere.
