I do not recommend using this place's service, I sent a package and the box was opened, it did not arrive at its destination and was returned without explaining the reason, without sending an email or calling. I contacted the store and they provided a central number that would provide details, it was also not answered, it cost me a loss of 700 dollars.

I have been sending packages at this DHL location for over a year now. Today I went in to send another package and Alti was very informative regarding how the weight of the items are calculated, which I had a different understanding.
I now know better and all thanks to Alti for the amazing customer service.

It's deficient and useless!!! The worst of the worst!!! I sent some documents expressly they told me that they would charge me dearly and I didn't mind paying whatever it was as I sent them on Tuesday and they would arrive until Thursday today that I call to ask because it has not arrived at the destination they tell me that it will arrive until next week!!! I mean, they scammed me, they made me pay a lot so that the package doesn't arrive on time and arrives at the time they want, they are really crazy

I had the worst experience and would not recommend using their service.I brought my package to their office on Thursday the 19th, they lost it.it has not been found to date. They have been avoiding my calls,leaving me feeling helpless. I advise against using this subcontractor; better go directly with DHL

Very disappointing. Disappointed to the point where I must advise others to not use it.
I purchased a mailbox to use specifically to have large packages delivered, and be able to deliver things specifically so they wouldn’t be able to be porch pirated, and be able to write down another address on things.
I asked multiple times when it purchasing if I could have packages delivered, and multiple times I was assured. I should have known there would be issues right from just this interaction. The person helping me at this time was clearly new, which is fine, but she called someone to help know what to do when verifying my identity. She showed my passport to some random dude on FaceTime! Then, when I asked how i should write the address to make sure it was delivered, she pulled out some examples of other people’s real mail, with their addresses, names, numbers, etc, and said “do it the same as these other people have.” When I told her “hey, it’s not a good idea to show customer data to other customers” she said “ok” with a tone of “ok random dude I don’t care”.
So that was bad enough, and that should have stopped me, but I decided to try it anyways and opened the mailbox to get a package delivered. I tracked the package and it said it was delivered, so I went to the shop to pick it up, only for them to say it never arrived. When I quite upset asked how that was possible, it turns out the new lady who helped me open the mailbox gave me the wrong address to mail packages to, it’s been almost a month, and the package still has somehow vaporized into thin air. A different person corrected the address for me.
So, I thought “ok, maybe that first person just really messed up. Whatever, I’ll try this new address”. Once again, I go to get the package. Once again “we don’t have a package for you”. This time, the delivery company took a photo of them dropping the package off and I went to the location the delivery company put the package - at their mailbox the day before, and they just didn’t bring it in.
So I thought… ok at least it showed up. So let’s try once more.
Same result as the first time. Package lost. They don’t know where it is. They don’t know how to get it. No refunds on the mailbox. The package was probably delivered and once again they just never took it in. The dude at the front desk that day called his manager, they told him “you can give more specific instructions to the delivery company to make sure it shows up - that’s all we can do. Nothing to do for this time”.
I’m not sure what to say. Don’t use this service if you’re looking to get packages delivered.
EDIT: After posting this negative review, they ended up finding the lost packages, the same day. Somehow, for over a month, the packages were lost forever, but after I post this, it turns up the same day. Feels like they just didn't bother trying until I posted this negative review.
