I had a wonderful experience here!! The service of the DM auto team was impeccable, they helped me get the best deal on a new car bumper and went above and beyond to help with some car detailing work as well. I would trust this place with any repairs, great work and great staff.

Sent my car there on Friday and got it back on next Tuesday. Drop off and pick up were super smooth and the staff were professional. The car looks like new and you can’t imagine it was ever hit. They even helped cleaning the car (interior and exterior) for free. (Note that my car was hit and I was not at fault so I don’t pay anything out of pocket so I’m not sure if it’s still the case if you pay your own.) I got my appraisal from insurance first but it seems that they would like to help you even if you haven’t. The T station right behind makes it accessible even if you don’t have a friend to drop you off etc. There is a little bit distance to the station, though, since you will have to detour unless you want to climb over the fence lol. Also make sure green line is running.

Credit is given when credit is due. Please note, I’m not a customer. we was walking through our neighborhood, my son noticed a really banged up car. As we got closer, we notice DM Collision Center business card. As an entrepreneur, I respected the effort. You guys left your business card for someone who may be in need, most would walk or drive by it. Not you guys! Your team is doing good for the company. I wish you all many more years of service. Best body shop around . They make the process easy . Just was in an accident they took the car in next day . Worked with me and my insurance company , Did an amazing job my car looks brand new again .

I had just had an awful experience with a different body shop and these guys really took care of me. Quoted me less than a third the cost of the other guys, not to mention being kind and empathetic. can’t recommend them enough!

Cannot speak highly enough about this shop, David and Larry were so helpful and nice! They worked seamlessly with my insurance and rental while my car was in the shop, and also were very flexible. My car looks brand new. Will absolutely recommend to anyone!

Rude and prejudice. I came by to get my frame fixed for my vehicle they immediately denied me business and said that if I didn’t have money not to bother because they can’t give me a deal. I never asked for a deal. They judged me off of my appearance. I am of Latino descent. They told me to go do business with the Brazilians down the street

This has to be the worst auto macanics that I ever encountered! They misdiagnosed the issue with my car, and then tried to hustle me out of thousands of dollars - then when I asked if they could proform a different service, and I let the head macanics, know that I knew exactly what he had to do to remedy another issue, a 10min fix, he still tried to get paid a larger amount then necessary!! I'm thinking of reporting them to the better business bureau - a very discouraging experience

I don't know why there aren't many reviews here but I highly recommend this place. My car was crashed and I went to them for the body shop. Larry, Paul and the front desk lady Katrina were so nice and professional! Very patient with all my questions. I went to them again for a light bulb fix, they were able to help me immediately. The service was great!
