I originally rated this place five stars, but not anymore. The prices were changed without any warning, and there’s a constant turnover of staff—which says a lot about how the company is run. Sadly, the quality has dropped across the board. If you can avoid this location, I strongly recommend you do.

Someone told us that we will get the call about
extension our storage time before our lease for storage room expired.
Nobody did.
They did it automatically.
We were need only 10 days extension,
but got charge for whole month.
And we told about it upfront to person at the desk.
We will not be using this facility again.
And tell everyone not to.

This Extra Space storage is a convenient location in the East Cambridge/Kendall Square, East Summerville area. While it is older, it is neat and clean and well maintained. Cherie the site manager is very helpful!
