Communication and patience in explaining the potential issue is the selling point of this location. The staff are approachable and friendly.
They are however, on expensive side and they will quote you full replacement cost of an item instead of repairing what can be repaired at a more reasonable cost.
Further, if you chose not to go ahead with the repair, they will charge you, just under $100 for looking at the car, a fee which is not disclosed or described anywhere. So if you're on a budget, clarify that with them, prior to handing the keys over to them.

Had a great experience today, reasonable price on getting a few clamps on my exhaust shield replaced, as well as rear brakes. The service was fast, well done, and I would recommend this shop for sure.

My experience with Marc used to be very positive, and I’ve been consistently bringing three vehicles to him for over three years. But for two of those years, I have been plagued by scheduling challenges, deflection, and minimization of the issues with my vehicles. I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to correct this review one day.

this place has 5 stars for a reason. absolutely exceptional service, marc is a master mechanic. honest, fairly priced, fast service.
extremely quick turnaround for me in a pinch. dropped off and picked up an hour later for a job that would’ve taken me most of the day.

I had an amazing experience with Four Wheels. I don't know if it's a one man operation, but Marc, the owner and mechanic, is the only guy I ever talked to. He was very clear about his pricing when I was dropping my car off, and the final bill ended up being much lower than I'd thought. He gave me a quote for diagnostics, and I expected to pay more for labor on top of that to fix the problem once he figured it out, but no, just the cost of parts and the original diagnostics quote. My problem was a little weird and he had the creative solution relatively quickly. This man has honesty, integrity, and skill, and great customer service. Hopefully it won't be soon, but I'll be coming back!

Highly recommend if you live in the area and need car repair. Got my front brakes, tires and tie rod replaced same day. Nice people too

One of the best places to take your car too… I dropped my car thinking it would need front and rear brakes and rotors…. I was prepared to spend around $1000 for the job… Marc called me and said my car does not need new brakes… The brakes are fine… I really appreciate the honesty… Marc is an expert in what he does and he loves what he does… Very cordial and professional… I am going to take all my cars to him from now on…

4 wheels auto has helped me numerous times over the past 3 years. I live up the road and Mark is always quick to help us out with urgency and always delivers high quality work! I don’t trust anyone else with my car anymore. Would give 6 stars if I could!

The BEST mechanic I've tried in the area! Had a nail and small leak in my tire and Marc fixed it within an afternoon. He kept my car overnight since I couldn't pick it up before the shop closed and they had vacuumed, cleared out the leaves from my windshield, and pressure washed it. Super friendly and helpful, cannot recommend enough.
