Great store! Very clean, items organized by category and color. Very reasonable prices. Only down side is fittings rooms are closed, so have to guess with sizing

Great finds here! I have found me great clothing for the family, home utensils, even beddings at good prices. You'll need to take a little bit of time to wade through the aisles, shelves, and hangers, but don't be discouraged. I love that it's located in a college town when students are know to get rid of anything and everything!

Very affordable and abundant selection of clothes. I just wish they had the fitting rooms open.

Terrible place to shop. The store has two levels upstairs and downstairs in the basement. Yes they have some nice items but you have to dig. They have changing rooms yet they refuse to let people try the clothes on and prefer to lie and say they are out of service by putting a bunch of junk there. You have to try clothes in in the middle of the store in front of everyone absolutely no privacy. They get tons of free donations daily they should not charge people so much money for these items. If they were a good company they would sell shirts, blouses for $1 $2 tops. Yet they charge $5 for blouses etc. Not worth it. Some people who shopped there are very rude also. They wont say excuse me they will just pass you by like that. Goodwill is a company that just make money and put it in their pockets they do absolutely nothing for the community not even on a local level.

Used to be a nice place to find consignment goods in the Davis area Quality of items has gone down significantly while prices have only increased Primary reason I've stopped going is that the staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful - have seen them yell at elderly individuals for taking too long to get to the cash registers / make snide remarks about some customers Not an environment that promotes much goodwill for the community

The board game pricing is truly deranged. Saw several recently for 13.99. At least one was cheaper for new on Amazon and they're certainly 10 or more dollars cheaper in literally every other Goodwill I've ever been to. For the love of god, price your items appropriately.

I was at the store with 7 boxes of things for them. I asked the people at the front desk for help and they said no. I asked the manager for help (the one with the bright red hair) and she looked at me and said "I am the manager" as if managers don't do manual labor. I am a 60-year-old man with a bad back and when I asked again, she told me "No, I am the only manager on duty." As I brought in the seven boxes, she spent her time breaking down one box to put it aside. She didn't finish breaking down this box until I brought in all my boxes. For a store that relies on community support, they are certainly not supportive of the community. For a manager to lead by this example, I feel that she should feel some shame in her decision to not help someone who was trying to help them.I will NEVER donate to Goodwill again if they feel is the way to treat people. NEVER. BOOMERANGS is the way to go.

Unfortunately I’ve seen the girl with long reddish orange hair and black rimmed glasses be quite rude to customers for no reason. Then she talks poorly of people after they leave. It’s quite unprofessional and uncomfortable for people waiting in line. Disappointing since most of the workers are typically so nice.Selection is hit or miss. Housewares section is probably their strongest. Can find some cool things there.

never been. gf used to work there though. dude keeps coming in and following her every day. made uncomfy and managers had a hidey hole set up for gf instead of banning customer. as fun as a hidey hole sounds gotta be a better way around that. two stars for the lols.

Managers are cool. But many (but not all) of the hipster cashiers remind me of health care workers who verbally abuse older adults and people with disabilities.

Love this location!! I always leave with great finds ????Typical dusty thrift store, spacious, with an upstairs (women, shoes) and downstairs (men, houseware). Also you get a percentage off depending on the tag color that day. It's easily accessible via the Red line to Davis Square stop. Happy thrifting ?

Goodwill's electronics are not returnable, even if they do not work. This is a change from the old policy. I don’t think this policy is compliant with the law of merchantability, which states that goods sold must be able to do that for which they are sold — that just means they work, not that they are in the best condition . Of note, the manager on duty at the time of the sale fraudlently told me that they test their electronics to make sure they work.I bought a dvd / vcr combo for $17.95, about double their going rate for a vcr. The vcr worked, the dvd did not. The manager on duty refused to return it. When I informed him of the law, and the prior manager's claim that the machine had been tested, and the dvd had no picture, he said that the combo had been tested for electicity. He said that it was only my opinion that "working" meant that the DVD should actually produce pictures!!!In addition, he said I should have called, and in any case, it was over a month -- but I had not used the dvd before that, taking Goodwill's word that it work.

I really hate to give a somewhat bad rating but I had high hopes for this place I was really looking for something to sleep in on my vacation and I did end up finding a really cute pair of baby Yoda shorts and a long sleeve shirt from Tiny moving parts.I also found a three-piece set, and that's kind of what I'm upset about usually you get your items if they are a matching set they're on the same hanger and you're only charged one price for the entire item she charged me individually for each item and again it didn't really matter that the price was like two or three bucks each I would have rather to be charged for the garment just once. I felt like everything was kind of hard to find I was even trying to find some socks couldn't find any of those. They do have a downstairs but there's really nothing different down there either. I have to say I really liked your state, I enjoyed my stay, but this place was ridiculous it was hard to get to as well. Sorry, not sorry.

I love this Goodwill. For so many reasons. The staff are awesome. . And what a great way to quit with "fast fashion". I have gotten cashmere sweaters, shirts, toys, art (a painting now hanging in my kitchen) and gifts for friends. Why buy new when you can reuse?
