Been a customer here 20 years and they've always done right by me. No hassle road hazard tire replacement, good employee retention.... They even pumped up the tire on our jogging stroller when it went flat and we happened to be nearby. Bus, green line, and blue bikes all nearby for easier dropoff or pickup.

Front desk is rude and unprofessional called to get a price match and was told that ("sometimes") they do price match when the company does indeed price match, before that I called and scheduled and was told a different price for a set of tires on the phone and was gonna be charged way more per tire than what was talked and scheduled completely unprofessional. Walked right out the door after all that maybe consider not losing customers and being more considerate.

This was a quick stop in for a tire replacement. I did a walk-in because I didn't have an appointment. I was seen promptly. And they gave me an estimate about an hour and a half. I did end up waiting about two hours. There's no Wi-Fi here, so I was just on my phone while waiting. Overall experience was as expected. Compare price because I personally don't really know the different prices of tires, but I always get my tires at Goodyear and they did not try to upsell me on other things.

The best customer service I’ve found at goodyer franchise. Thomy and Jhon are the best people to deal with.

I came in with a flat tire a few weeks ago and the service and personnel were all very polite and friendly however, I was then called later in the day and quite >$500 for ONE tire. Of course, I said no to this and the next day had the same tire fitted at Mavis Tires for $180. Always get a second opinion of going here as they appear to just make up the prices.

Extremely rude and condescending. I have never had a worse experience. I’m a petite female and was talked down to the entire time. I was in the area while my oil was being changed, came back after an hour and a half and asked if my car was done. The response I got was “Well, did you get a call? We’re not just going to yell for you.” And I told them I hadn’t received a call but that my car was in the parking lot in a different spot so I guessed it might be done. After checking, was told yes my car was done. No sorry, no apologies. Very very unprofessional. will not be returning here.

Love the tires and the service.Would prefer this store over Sullivan and firestone any day. Didn’t shove some unnecessary stuff down my throat. Politely asked and politely refused.

I couldn't get help from the local Goodyear manager. I didn't get a reply when I contacted your Goodyear corporate headquarters. Now, after I call you out on social media you're concerned? Get Lost.

I've had some good experiences here in the past, but my most recent saga was pretty frustrating and such that I probably won't return again. Unless I get a flat, as all of my tired are covered under their hazard protection program.1 - In early 2023 I go to get some air and am told by the attendant that one of my TPMS sensors isn't working and that that is the actual reason my TMPS light had turned on. I make an appointment to get it checked out but when they give me my car back they say all the sensors are fine and send me on my way.2 - A day later, the light is back on. After a couple of weeks I find time to go into the shop and get an oil change, alignment, and new TPMS sensor.3 - A day later and the TPMS light is back on. I bring the car in a little later and they tell me that another sensor could have died. They keep it for the day, check it out and say no, everything is fine, and that they reset the codes on the computer.4 - A day later, and the TPMS light comes back on. I once again find time to bring it into the shop. They tell me that all the sensors are fine, and that they "reset the codes in a new way" to keep the light off.5 - Well, one day later the light is back on again. Throughout all of this, I'm crossing my fingers each time that I go in that I won't have to deal with a certain attendant who exudes misery, impatience, and contempt for the customer. Unfortunately I am greeted by him most times I call or go in there, and can't help but feel like if I was working with someone else then they may be able to get to the bottom of this for me. Too frustrated to call them again, and having done enough driving by now that it's time for another oil change, I go to my trusted mechanic Murph at Car Zone. He does the oil change and asks me about the TPMS light, I tell him the saga. He checks the sensors out and informs me loud and clear that the front passenger sensor is not registering. He says either this one is dead, or it is the one that Goodyear replaced and it wasn't set up correctly. Why has my car been taken back to Goodyear 2x and told that all the sensors were fine, but my mechanic finds an issue immediately?6 - A few days later I call Goodyear to ask them which TPMS sensor was replaced by them some months back. I don't see it specified in the work authorization I have from that day. I get my miserable friend on the phone, who impatiently tells me that they don't know which one it was, and that I'll need to come into the shop so that they can check. I ask him why he thinks my mechanic is saying one of the sensors is out, but they found them all to be working the last 2 times, and he doesn't know.7 - I find time to go back into the shop and am greeted by my miserable friend. I explain the whole situation again as best as I can, though I'm not sure I'm being listened to. I leave my car there so that they can check on the TPMS sensors......A few hours later, I get a call that my car is all set to be picked up. I asked what the story was with the TPMS sensors. "They're all fine." But my mechanic said that the front passenger one was out. "We checked all of them, they're all fine." Ok, but, which one is the one you all replaced earlier in the year? Is it the front passenger one? "We don't know, we'd need to take all of the wheels off to check." That was the whole reason I came in, of course, after being told by this guy that that's what I'd need to do in order to verify which one they had replaced...which should have been in their records to begin with. So, I'm stuck with a TMPS light that won't turn off and am told over and over again that "there's no issue." And what exactly did I pay for, then, when I got that original TPMS sensor replaced? I don't think it's crazy to feel like I got screwed here.Update 8/4: I swung by the garage today to get some air in my tires since a couple looked low. Not that I could depend on my TPMS light to tell m

Love this place. Got my car aligned and they did a great job my steering wheel was nice and straight and car drives straight as an arrow in about 25 minutes. Had a previous bad experience at a different location but they restored my faith that they do a great job and the guy at the seat was super nice and helpful and this place definitely earned the 5 star I’m giving them cause my car was a mess couldn’t even take it on the highway now it’s like it’s new. Thank you
