I stop to this gas station to full up. Normally I do not go inside because things has gotten high in prices but I did not feel like stopping any place else. So I went in brought what I needed and paid the lady at to counter. The guy that was in front of me had gotten great service, you would think I would have gotten the same. I handed her the money in her hand and she decided to place the money down on the counter. I ask her politely can she please hand me my money in my hands and I was face with rudeness and with a straight reply NO. I just shocked my head picked up my money and as I was walking away, she said something but I kept walking because I did not was to start an agreement. I have been to this gas station many of times to full up the company vehicle. I will never go back again. I will go where owners really would like to make money and treat their customers.

Walked into this place a few days ago to get a coffee and gas, I’m standing at Dunkin’ Donuts and owner comes over and says are you getting gas I said yes he responded with well you need to get gas before you get coffee or move your car. I don’t loose my temper a lot but I got into a screaming match with this mouthy punk over him telling me I needed to get gas before coffee! Place is terrible

Horrible employees and owner. I came to this place to pump my gas and buy some beverages to sit on their empty parking lot and work on my laptop in my car. The employee came out with an attitude and kicked me off their lot after I spent more than $50 at their place. What an Horrible experience DO NOT COME HERE

I live around the corner and have been going here for 3+ years. I was able to ignore all the issues because of the convenience...
The owner is super rude and has no interest in providing a service for the customer, only profiting off of them. He will stand at the cashier waiting for you to do something he doesn't like (use his trash, park in the wrong spot, remove snow from your car, etc.) and use that as an excuse to call you out. He will not help customers who wish to buy things but will lord over his store from the front looking to bully customers or the Dunkin employees trying to get through the day.
Gas is overpriced and snacks are too. There are plenty of other gas stations and convenience stores in the area. Give your business to someone else

Dunkin was rude, Gas was .90 more than the station that was a block over. Wish I had seen them first. Average in Massachusetts today is $3.11 per gallon they are charging $3.89. I expect that on the mass pike, but not in a residential area with other gas stations within walking distance.

Criminals. Overcharge on bad gas. Criminals. I think you can tell the owners are awful, they probably mistreat, underpay and overwork staff, and then overcharge and scam. You can tell a lot about people by the little things they do and the way they run things.

I stop a few times a week it’s convenient right in between my two businesses and the staff as always been good until recently there is a younger guy on Saturday nights and a few other nights the nasty attitude is shocking and it takes a lot for me to complain I’ve been dealing with the public in business 30 years and give a wide berth in understanding it’s sad because it’s a family small business and this person is destroying it

Where there is smoked here is fire. Read the other negative reviews. See a pattern? In all my years and travel, I have never experienced someone as rude as the owner of this establishment. I echo all of the experiences people have already mentioned. It is ridiculous that this person decided to open a business that deals with the public. Clearly, the customer is not king here. Hopefully, they will go out of business soon.
