I booked a small gas car online, but when I got to the place, they only had electric cars. All gas cars were gone.The employees were nice and tried to help but they were unable to help me. I had to cancel with them and go rent a car from somewhere else.I don’t think I’ll rent from here again because the reservation is meaningless…

Best car rental experience I have ever had. Courteous, helpful employees who worked out my arrangements with the autobody company for me, good car, very reasonable prices, great location. They even have EV cars there.

I just rented a car to their shop and i told them to tell me exact amount of the whole week and after I dropped the car off they charged me extra fees completely unnecessary, they lied to me and i will never rent a car there , please be advised to ask before you rent at them

The team here is phenomenal I always have a 5 staff experience at this location. Lawson is always extremely helpful on site whenever I come in very personable and friendly her customer service is superb and done with a smile. I usually get John over the phone when I call in to extend and he is a Customer service Rockstar aswell. Quick efficient eager to help and friendly. Doug the Manger of the location has helped me with issues at the desk many times and his expertise is unparalleled coupled with great customer service. I throughly enjoy seeing this team. 100/100

Beware of surprise charges. I was quoted $15 to use the PlatePass on the toll bridge and was charged $90. I've spoken to 5 Hertz customer service people and nobody cares or is wiling to help. Really frustrating, will not be renting from Hertz again.

was made to wait more than an hour for the car i rented, everyone else who came after me got their car first. when i asked the staff for an update on when my car would be ready, nobody could tell me anything and straight up blamed me for "sticking to my choice of car". just because i did not pay extra for an upgrade i have to wait? what kind of logic or reasoning is that? hertz should look into this abysmal and terrible customer service, safe to say i will not be returning here ever. :)

Exceptional service! After missbooking our car rental pick up time, Doug went above and beyond to help us get a car and continue on our way to Portland, Maine. We thought our vacation was ruined, but in a matter of less than thirty minutes, Doug had us on our way. We are very thankful!

Worst rental car experience possible!!!!I reserved a full size vehicle because I was going to drive my daughter and her belongings to college. I showed up at my designated time to get the vehicle and there were several people waiting that looked very exasperated at the situation. Once I got to the front of line, I can see why they were upset. I was told the only car I could get was an electric Chevy Bolt. I told the guy it wouldn't meet my needs for distance or capacity. His reply, "that's all I got for you bro." He had his hood pulled over his head and was laughing. I said, "well, I guess I will have to go to the Boston airport where Hertz will have more cars, please transfer my reservation there." He replied, "can't do that, bro, you need to cancel your reservation, bro, and make a new one, bro." Guy said "bro" two or three time every damn sentence! I replied, "please cancel my reservation." He replied in a pissed off voice, "I CAN'T DO THAT!" I replied, "you are sitting a Hertz computer and you can't cancel my reservation?" He got even more indignant, "YAH, THAT'S RIGHT." I calmly replied, "I guess I better go somewhere else for my rental car." He replied, "sounds good, have a great rest of your day!" The guy never apologized about not having my vehicle and ended our exchange with that smart ass remark. I never gave this guy any attitude. I was calm and respectful the whole time and he acted like a complete jackass.The final blow was when a $72.25 charge from Hertz appeared on my credit card. This was a "no show" fee. Unbelievable!!!!

I came to rent a car, having pre-booked a month in advance on the website. Before that I read reviews about this place and didn't save the whole night because I had to travel with a small child and two dogs from Boston to Seattle. I don't speak English at all and I thought that would be a problem. There was a girl behind the counter who handled this flow of people very quickly. Customers would come in to pick up their car, customers would come in to drop off their car. She was doing the paperwork and in between she had time to stagger the cars. It was my turn and I used the online translator on my phone. A lot of surprises were ahead of me, my credit card with a positive balance refused to write off money from the limit, the bank said that the card is not blocked, calls to the bank, friends, acquaintances. In between customers and picking up cars, she continued to counsel us constantly and help us find a way out of the situation. Now we are all together here in Seattle and it's all thanks to Wossen Gebeyehu. Thank you so much for your help and patience, if it wasn't for you we wouldn't have left))))))

The staff were friendly, but they had almost no cars. I asked for an economy car and ended up with a big gas guzzler. I also had to wait an additional 20 min.
