Brigitte Tersek at the Somerville location has been extremely helpful with helping me to complete complex taxes for my small business. She is super knowledgeable, does outside research as necessary, responds quickly and thoroughly to my questions, and is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend working with her for anyone needing extra help with anything related to taxes!

Rude and unprofessional. Agent acted liked it was a pain to do my taxes..it was also too expensive to file. $366 for simple w2 and 1099's.

H & R Block office in Somerville, MA. has been mygo to place to have my tax prepared for years now, I would highly recommend them.I would give them five stars.

I had my taxes filed as my usual annual thing that i do. I have never had any problems and I will continue to utilize this service. They even pre-schedule 2024 for filing.

Incredibly rude service. I called regarding some issues with my taxes and an appointment I had and was spoken to by someone who not only did very little to offer any help, but was abrupt and dismissive of me. Another person said the “tax pro” I booked an appointment with would not be able to help me, and I’m not entirely sure why. I’ve used H&R Block’s online service for a few years now and I don’t think I’ll be using them again. An absolutely horrendous experience, and I didn’t even walk into the office.
