i tried to do a return here for something I bought online using the 15% welcome discount. the staff said the system can only issue gift cards (which already conflicts their return policy). but what’s interesting is that, the staff lied to me saying there’s no 15% welcome discount online (i showed them the email), and she said the item i bought is on final sale (i opened the website and showed them it’s not). she keeps lying and said she even bought it on final sale herself (it’s a men item). i get it that the system can have glitch sometimes but i don’t know why she keeps lying and refuse to acknowledge it. i called the “corporate number” they provided, and obviously they disagree with them and said I should be able to get original refund in store. overall it’s a pretty bad customer service experience.

Had a really great experience at Lululemon Assembly today! Kymber was super helpful, patient, and kind in helping me with all my retail needs today. Whether it was trying on items, picking up a hemming order, answering style questions, or returning/exchanging items, she made the process smooth and efficient! Another sales associate (who I didn't catch her name) was also super helpful and kind when I tried stuff on in the dressing room.
I was a little bummed that some of styles I liked did not have my size and/or was not in stock at the store, but Kymber was so great about helping me order the style and size I wanted to have it be shipped to me instead. The store was also neat and organized which was a plus.
I would definitely come back here in the future for any in-store lululemon needs. My positive experience today actually made me want to go shop in person again (I'm usually an online shopper).

Took my daughter to Lulu on the row last week. 100% attentive staff. Noticed we couldn’t find a sold out size and she had it ordered on her phone, paid and on its way in under 5 minutes. Got it 2 days later, free shipping. Well run shop. A++

This was a store located inside the area of the assembly row in Somerville shopping area. Well staffed. Beautiful store. Excellent customer service. Would recommend for anyone looking for velvety soft clothing!

The people here were nice and the options were pretty good… the quality doesn’t justify the price in my opinion but it’s a brand name so indulge if you’re into that

I don't like the small quantity of clothing. I really don't see the reason for the high cost of their clothes I think they're basic and way overpriced.
