Eric is hands down the best shoe retail rep I have ever encountered. I walked into Reebok curious and skeptical about their products and with no intention of making a purchase or spending over 10 minutes in the store. Eric invested his time and energy to educate me about shoe wear technology and over multiple hours suggested nearly a dozen options to consider (while simultaneously knocking out his inventory duties). Eric went so above and beyond that I called my wife and kids to come into the store and find a pair of shoes to buy. Eric set my wife up with the the last pair in her size (floor model) and Eric went to the back to find my daughter her unique size. I even bought some shorts before checkout! I am proud to say I left Reebok a loyal customer and Reebok will be my first stop next time I am looking for shoe wear! Thank you Eric! Bravo Sir!đ

I came here for the first time to buy some reeboks & the young Spanish kid with curly hair & braces had this nasty attitude talking about âweâre closing nowâ. Itâs 7:18pm, store closes at 8:00pm.
Then I look for shoes to buy & im finding my size & this kid goes âwatch how you move the boxesâ.
So yall hire some young kid that be driving your customers away? I didnât know homie owned Reebok now.
Anyways I left the store & went to Nike instea, Reebok clearly not getting my business with some little kid harassing the customers. Heâs better off at Burlington

Employees are stealing by making deals that arenât part of Reebokâs sales. My husband bought three pairs of sneakers last weekâtwo for our daughters and one for me. Unfortunately, mine did not fit. I went in to exchange them today, and the young kid at the front said I would have to pay the price difference since the sneakers I wanted were more expensive. Fair enough.
The original price of the sneakers my husband bought was $130, but the kids at the front gave him a âdealâ for buying two other pairs, so he ended up paying only $35. I know, crazy. The deal was buy two pairs and get the third one for $35 (employee deal, lol). The new pair I wanted to exchange was $140 but had a 25% discount, making them $70. He said I had to pay $70 to exchange them, meaning his weird employee deal was off. On top of that, when I looked confused, he said, "Oh, you can give me $40," as if he could just determine the price.
I tried to explain that even if the $140 pair didnât have the 25% off, I would still be paying a small amount over. Nope, he kept arguing with me and didnât give me any options. He even mentioned that the deal my husband got was a âpersonal deal.â Mmm. Anywho, itâs just sad to see the brand represented by this kind of employee

Poor service, they don't respect the opening time of 10am while the competitors around are all already open, so customers, if they have time to work, don't go early

I had an amazing experience. Customer service was excellent. Oscar and Brian, the 2 young men working were great! We got great deals for shoes and clothing for our family! Definitely look for them when you come!

Where do I begin! First the âmanagerâ has to know how to use the word of the day âINTEGRITYâ correct! I went in on Jan 31 to buy some kicks on sale, I asked if I could switch the laces because the blue ones on the sneakers didnât match and no one would know the difference (I could of done it myself and no one would of ever know the difference but being the honest person I am I asked if I could exchange them, seeing that he was gossiping with a friend as I walked in and no one acknowledged me) ! anyhoo this guy in the attached photo gets upset because I had to correct him on how to correctly use the word âIntegrityâ, he tried to make a point but he couldnât handle this STRONG, LATINA, PROFESSIONAL womenâs beat down on his interpretation of the word and became so upset that when I went in today to purchase products he had the nerve to ask these other 2 clowns in the picture to not ring me up and they stated I was trespassing and called Somerville PD to have me removed! Iâm ?at the fact that I did not steal, threaten or become in any way aggressive towards the two clowns to have me treated the way I was in front of a packed store. All the while the âManagerâ was in back not wanting to show his face! No names were given by any because as they all stated they did not have to supply me with their name! I have been a faithful Reebok customer until today!THE POWER OF THE LATINA WOMEN ??

I arrived at 8:38PM (store closes at 8PM) to return a pair of shoes. They wouldn't open the doors. This was after making the drive all the way there. They list their hours as being until 9PM but this is clearly not correct.
