This Walgreens is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. For four months now I have gone to refill my prescription and gotten denied for one excuse or another. They point fingers and tell you to call your doctor rather than trying to figure out their broken system. If you need your meds on time go anywhere but here.

Pharmacy here is so bad. They are incredibly dismissive, start raising their voices at you when you're trying to find the insurance info they asked for, and treat you like it's your fault that there's a problem with the prescription. It's worth going further for a different one. I've tried to continue to go to this one for a couple of years with mixed feelings, but at this point, I am done and finally switching pharmacies. It's just not worth being yelled at for just trying to get medicine to survive.

The pharmacist today was incredibly dismissive. I was working with a tech to figure out why they didn’t have my prescription and she walked up out of nowhere, redundantly told me they didn’t have my prescription order from my doctor and then walked away before I could even respond or look into my own records. Very unprofessional, rude, and unnecessary.Past experiences here have been very positive, but one person who shows a lack of patient care can ruin everything.

I literarily have had nothing but issues with this Pharmacy. Nearly every single time I goto pick up a prescription I've been told there has been some availability issue or weird insurance issue. Like, I get that's not their issue. But, I cannot suddenly stop taking my medications - Instead of calling me so I can go resolve the problems before I run out they just let my prescription sit unable to be filled and let me get screwed. This isn't a jab at the people working at the pharmacy; I'm sure Walgreens is overworking and underpaying all of them.

I don’t know what’s happened in the pharmacy business but I’ve found most of them, both CVS and Walgreens, which are my only two options now, have terrible customer service these days. I was living on the Cape for a few years and CVS in Bourne was a NIGHTMARE. It was literally IMPOSSIBLE to get through to the pharmacy by phone. I think they deliberately tied up the phone lines because I waited on hold for over an hour once just to see how long they’d keep me on hold and they NEVER picked up, I finally hung up. They get SO many calls and/or are SO short staffed that they keep callers on hold for over an hour; HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?I’m disabled so I have to rely on family and friends to pick things up for me. I take several medications and I didn’t want to send someone there to request the refills then have to wait to pick them up, and they were THE ONLY pharmacy within three miles of where I lived, and the that pharmacy was a CVS too! When I moved back up to the city I was living in Medford, I was so happy to be able to use the Walgreens at Station Landing again because they were always great to deal with and had a drive through window. Unfortunately Walgreens closed that location, I guess the company is cash strapped after the BONE HEAD Theranos debacle. There was another Walgreens near my house; in fact, within walking distance so I started to use the Walgreens on Salem Street in Medford. They were almost as bad as the CVS in Bourne and didn’t have a drive through window. I’m living in Somerville now close to the Walgreens on Somerville Ave and they’re not THE BEST pharmacy I’ve used, which was the Target pharmacy on Somerville Ave, but those have been replaced with CVS. As for Walgreens on Somerville Ave, I am usually able to get through by phone without waiting long and I’ve had no issues with most of the associates I’ve dealt with.

Probably one of the worst walgreens with the worst selection. This location is extremely close to me, but I honestly feel like I'm begging for my meds at this pharmacy. There is always a problem at this place. I just make a longer trip to another pharmacy bc I cannot stand this one.

I was so EMBARRASSED when I went to this Walgreens! I was returning an item for my dad thar he had bought at the Walgreens in Haverhill MA where he lives! I went to the register with my item and reciept. The employer by the name of CHARLES looked at my reciept and DENIED my return when I asked him why he said that my reciept was to wrinkled! He didn't even try scanning the reciept he then said I just refused 3 other returns before you because of the same reason (Wrinkled Reciept) I was in Complete shock!!!!! I asked for his name left the store and IMMEDIATELY called Corporate!!!!If I was you I was not go to this Walgreens unless you want to be greeted with a bad attitude and a soar attitude from CHARLES!!!!!!

Normally has been a decent pharmacy but recently when my elderly mothers meds were changed in dosage they kept filling the old one - After once I asked them to delete it, and they said they did. Then they filled the correct dosage once, then the next refill, the same guy who had supposedly deleted the old scrip gave me the wrong one again! I told him I was still getting messages from the app about the wrong scrip, and he said it was a glitch...Then when mom discovered they had given us the wrong one, the pharmacist said she would do the right dosage, but when I went to get it they tried to charge me again and said it was our mistake!!

Pharmacist refused to fill an Rx for my child that was time critical for a procedure, because the wording in the instructions was slightly ambiguous. Even after speaking on the phone with the pediatric nurse from the office and confirming that everyone involved understood the instructions, the pharmacist still demanded that the prescription be re sent with new instructions (it was literally a minor punctuation error). Doctor couldn't be reached in time and the procedure had to get rescheduled. Ridiculous. I'll never use this pharmacy again.
