Worst bank ever! Have tried several locations - the few that are available late in the evening. Either they don’t have money available or the door doesn’t unlock with their card. Horrible service!!!

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY!!! Just tried to access this ATM and the doors are locked. The card reader outside does not respond to any cards. There is no way inside to access this “24 hour” ATM.

Rude and Incompetent. The two girls behind the counter were nice enough but had no idea what they were doing. The branch manager came and finally sorted out the problem (cashing a check written by their bank) after about 20 minutes but she was rude and very unprofessional. She did go on a little power trip and said she wouldn't cash any more checks written to me by their customers though. That seemed to make her happy, but she was a sad excuse as a representative for a business.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was turned away at 2:00 on a Tuesday because the man at the desk said that he did not have time to complete my transaction. He then recommended that I go to a different location since they were short staffed. There were 3 people at the front desk and only 2 other customers in the entire bank. I explained to him that I took a quick break from work to run this errand and had no time to drive to a new location or come back at another time to which he didn't say much.

I arrived at this bank with an old 10$ note from 1950 and a question for the teller "So, I got this old bill in my change somewhere and tried to use it, but they used one of those anticounterfeit pens and it showed up as fake. I read a few articles and apparently currency this old won't always work with those pens because of the kind of paper. Any other ideas on how to check?" The teller proceeded to run one of those same pens over it and the confiscates the bill, seemingly ignoring my wuestion. I repeated what I said and her response was "I haven't heard of that article." I then asked if they needed my name on record or if it could be reported somewhere. Nope, she wasn't sure what the manager did with then. Such an odd experience
