I've been to this Sephora a few times and the first few times weren't bad. My most recent visit today, however, was one of the worst Sephora experiences I've had. It was very busy when I went since it was a Saturday during one of their semiannual sales. Many items were out of stock and testers that were available were messy. Typically when I visit Sephora at least one employee will greet me and ask if I need help. I usually don't need help but I always appreciate the offer. Figures that the one time I needed employee assistance it was difficult to get. Despite how busy it was, several employees were standing around chatting amongst themselves. The employee who eventually helped me did the bare minimum and seemed to want to be done with me as soon as possible. She stared at me without saying anything until I asked for help finding a foundation shade. They were out of stock of my shade despite the Sephora app saying otherwise. In my past Sephora experiences, whenever an item I've wanted has been out of stock, an employee would offer me an alternative product, a product sample, and/or offer to order the product for me, but this employee did none of that. However even if they weren't out of stock, I think I would have opted to buy online anyway given how long the line was and the lackluster customer service. I'll stick to other Sephora locations or shop online in the future.

This location is great but when I went to find the stuff I want to get they didn't have it, so I had to order it online. Me and my son was in the area so I just decided to drop by after a Black Friday so might be the reason why they don't have it in stock. transactions are pretty quick here for the most part. sometimes the line can get too long but they move at a reasonable amount of time so you will get to the front in no time. They got a lot of selection and samples of perfume and other hair products which I love. Would love to go back when I get the chance to visit the area again

Brow Wiz's, and was basing the colors I wanted on the same colir name in other products because there were no testers. Then I couldn't find the colors I wanted even though I went through all the disorganized ones on display. So I looked in the drawer down below qnd found one of the two. An employee told me they "couldn't have me going through the drawer." In that case, put the stuff up where people can find it! I also told two people there were no testers for some of the colors. You would think they would do something about that. The whole point of Sephora is that you can test things. But no, this did not occur to them. Too much work? I'll just go to other Sephoras from now on.

Ok…. So I shop here frequently. There are a select few associates who have been consistently helpful, very kind, and friendly towards me. I wish I can remember their names so that I can shout them out. But the last two times, I was met with attitude and mean-mugging from a couple of other associates. You had signed up for a customer service job…. but, these weren’t pleasant experiences. Please learn from your fellow colleagues.

This store is busy! But the staff is amazing. They are so sweet and attend to your needs. One of the girls that helped me out her name is Yesi I believe. She and the other girl that I didn't catch her name were amazing!

I had a appointment for my daughter for school pictures. Her makeup advisor was Yeabsira. What a good experience. Yeabsira took her time and explained everything she was doing. My daughter looks great.Yeabsira was awesome!

Grace was so accommodating, friendly, and she had an exquisite personality unmatched. She called for someone to match me in the make up station and no one came for the past 10 minutes, she graciously helped me. She is one of a kind, Gladys and Priscilla, please make her employee of the year.

The salesperson knew the name of the product, which was a savior. However, these stores have to employ all ages. We are not all in our twenties anymore, so our skin care changes.

Employees here are so rude. I can hear on Tuesday Sept 25th. The employee open the door 10a for 2 employees, locked the door in my face, then came back 30 seconds later and unlocked it. She didn't bother to open the door or say hi, just unlocked it. Tell me that you hate your job without telling me you hate your job. Management needs to reevaluate this type of behavior.

We were helped to choose a perfume which the shop didn’t carry. They helped us matching the scent with different brands they had. Store itself was clean and well organized. Staff we met was all friendly, attentive, helpful, and professional. Great experience. Best customer service in any Sephora shops we has visited!!

They was doing a pop out yesterday outside the store. They was blocking the entrance I couldn't get in the store.i did want to go in because I couldn't get pass the people blocking the entrance. But I slide buy the people blocking the entrance and one staff came up to me told I have to leave. Because I was the rude one .

Would give a higher rating if staff could figure out how to explain to customers their sample policy without being rude. I had one employee super willing to help me and then when I asked another two employees said they do not do samples and were pretty rude and matter of fact with me after I said another employee had told me yes before
