Hours: Adult Family Care is a MassHealth funded program that helps people receive the best care at home. We support caregivers by providing training, compensation, and ongoing support. Adult Family Care is available at no cost for people age 17 and up, who are MassHealth eligible and cannot live alone because they need daily assistance. Adult Family Care serves the Greater Boston Area, North Shore, and Merrimack Valley area. Adult Family Care is a program is Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services, a non-profit dedicated to supporting the independence and well-being of older adults and people with disabilities.
