The process of purchasing the phone was very satisfactory, and the phone worked well. However, the charger did not function properly, and although I requested a replacement, none of the chargers I tried worked. This part was a bit disappointing.

I bought 2 used phones and the first one failed in one week and they changed the battery, failed in 2 months. The second one failed in 7 days. Nice people with bad items. I was not lucky and I dont understand why they are selling phones that are not healthy. Lost 600 dollars.

Thank you for making it easy for me to finance a phone. However, the Samsung earbuds that I bought at $50, one stopped working and its only been a week. Why sell something fake at such a price? I remember she was giving me the ones that were returned and I asked her why they were returned and she was not honest with me. I hate leaving bad reviews, my $50 went to waste.

On a Saturday in March I had a serious problem with my Android Galaxy cellphone - I took it to 2 different places who told me they did not have the parts to fix it. The ladies at Somerville Communications took the time to properly diagnose the problem - and fixed it with a small adjustment, no parts needed! Excellent, professional service! I recommend them highly!
