They don’t have the right tools for iPhone repair, and when I tried replacing the screen one of the screws didn’t wanna come out and inside one of the screws didn’t wanna go back inside after putting it back together don’t go wasting your money here. Replying to the owner: No it was only once last week and the other the week before, I already have explained to your employee that I took the phone apart and put it back together and everything was fine. But when you guys fixed it one of the screws wouldn’t come out and the other screw wouldn’t go back inside, also Face ID wasn’t working. But don’t worry, whatever goes around comes around.

I went to go eat a sub and came back it was fixed like it never happened, and the staff was nice and friendly. I recommend if ur phone is flexed

I had to pay for service even though theyre the ones who damaged my phone. And also they dont wear gloves which is in violation of their business since you need to put gloves on to handle cell phones.

Here's another 5 star review for 'em. I went in with charging issues. They were able to diagnose the charging port being cracked pretty easily, but they would have to order a replacement. No big deal. I went next door for a taco before headed home and they called me a few minutes later to tell me they did actually have one replacement port in stock. I had an appointment for two days later, they were going to make money either way, but they tried to catch me before I got too far away so I could get it fixed today. I really appreciate that. Nice folks, and fast repairs.

Go here to buy used electronics! Great selection but you cannot beat the customer service! I cannot say enough good things. I texted via Facebook marketplace, they sent pictures, talked different.models. when I arrived they knew who I was, and they went over and above and set up the new phone w my sim card. Thanks Vicky!
