had a great experience with Staples printing service! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process super easy. My order was ready on time, and the quality of the prints was excellent—crisp, vibrant, and exactly how I wanted. I especially appreciated how quickly they handled everything and the convenience of being able to pick up the order the same day. Definitely my go-to place for printing needs!

I was at Staples on 6/4/25 and there was an issue with my print order upon pickup.l The Staples Somerville is an extremely busy store so I try to submit my order online in advance. The print was misaligned and Henry knew exactly what to do to get it resolved timely and without extra charges to me. I appreciate the personalized attention and his desires to make it right.

I always go to Staples in Somerville, MA for my printing needs. They remember me, my orders, and specifications. Recently, Wenslow (sp?) helped me and the order was not only completed on time/early, but also completely accurately. Ten out of ten!

Great service, but they sometimes forget something that's part of the order. I ordered a poster sign for an event to be mounted, laminated, and include an adhesive easel. I went to the store in Somerville MA and the cashier, a young man named Rick, got my product, but only looked at the front side of it with me. I was in a rush that morning, so I didn't realize to notice the back of the board was missing the adhesive easel until after I was taking it out of my car to use it at the event. I made it work by leaning it against an item I was lucky enough to have on me, but it would have been a problem if I didn't. I was able to return to the store after the event and get the easel added on, but I probably won't have a need to use this specific product again for a long time.
