I had an amazing experience today at this staples. Marie in the printing department was so helpful, patient, informative and kind. I was able to get my banner printed out for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party, all thanks to her! Highly recommend this location!

Wensly in the print department at the Assembly Square Somerville Staples store was a total help. He knew exactly what to do, even when I didn't, to get what I wanted. Sarah at the cash register was good too.

I used to like the old Staples where the printing department staff was a pleasure to work with and greeted me with kindness. All of that has gone away.. some of them even remembered my name! No one picks up the phone anymore. The cashiers are generally the nicest in the store.

Excellent attention. 👌 by young Ivan and his partner. I was a little disappointed days before about the attention that a girl who receives returns from Amazon gave me. But this day I was super happy with the attention of these gentlemen who did everything to help me with the application and obtain a very good price.
They were both very friendly.
