I went there this evening busy. Only 1 cashier. 2 Security Guards. 1 Security Guard locked his keys in his car. It has happened to us all. But this Security Guard. Parked his Vechile in Handicap ♿️ Parking while he was working. Now just getting off work. With no Handicap passenger. The Spot for a Handicap ♿️ person could of been used for a Handicap ♿️ Person at Star Market. Having a Husband myself. Watching this guy run around to find someone to help him get into his vehicle really was upsetting. Especially when my Husband seen a police officer said are you here to help the Security Guard ? While the Security was off looking for a Coat Hanger in Marshalls. Fast foward. He did get into his vehicle. Not by police. Then Went straight To Liquor Junction. Parked in Fire Lane . While he loaded up his Vechile with large Box Beer. I hope Star Market see's my Review. HANDICAP ♿️ PARKING IS FOR THE HANDICAP ♿️ NOT TO BE USED WITH OUT THE PERSON WHO IS HANDICAP. Not for your Employee to get better parkering because he is LAZY!!!!

I've been going to this store since 2022. But since winter 2024 I was followed by security two times. I'm a person of color, which makes matters worst. I used to go there on a daily basis and never had this problem before. Very frustrating.

This store has among the highest prices in the area, yet is the only store in the area, from Market Basket to Roche Brothers, that can't keep shopping baskets by the door. Customer service is intermittent at best.

Prices are extremely expensive with 18 eggs costing over 7 dollars. The produce is often going bad and it is frustrating to not be able to get simple items like broccoli because of this.

I live close by and usually shop at this star market. I was there today December 17, 2024 at 920pm to buy some water. As soon as I enter store I saw one of the managers and asked him if he could get me two tens for a 20 dollar and the manager said absolutely no with out even asking me why I need it for. I said thank you and went to one of the cashiers who was happy to assist me. It is hard to see a manger who I have seen him work here for the past 3 or more years to do the simple thing. Mangers suppose to be leaders and set themselves as an example by doing the little things .i went a head and bought my water and used the self pay station and left . I believe Star market needs to give some kind of basic training as I have seen so many times that these team at this location lacks. People many need change for a good reason and mostly to spend it back to store using those self pay stations including lottery machines who does not give changes back . Hopefully star market will address this issues accordingly.

Online says 12 oclock closing time and they’re closing at 10. That didn’t bother me a ton, what did was security locking the door in my face at 9:55

I have been coming to this store for almost 20 years, and in the past few months I have never experience such terrible service, particularly an individual named Carlos or Chris who appears to be a manager. First off, the store is a disaster and it seems that there are always unloading palates clogging up and blocking the aisles making it inaccessible for individuals. This store needs to get it together, people are just trying to get their basic needs met.

I parked in this supermarket and noticed that I was without my shopping card my husband came to bring it to me when I got out of my car and I went to my husband's car that was in Gore st, They took my car disappointed with this market

Store with number of variety product but staff is so rude. I went to buy some stuff for my friends and it was disaster. No product in stock but staff behaviors was apploing.
