2nd and last bad experience, gotta leave some “nice” words. Attendants are rude. Costumer service isn’t their thing at all. Colorworks should def invest in opening a store in Somerville/Medford area, they’d certainly make a lot of money there

Service is terrible. They have a good selection, and they are pretty knowledgeable, so that bumps them up from a one-star rating. I like/prefer to shop local to be supportive of my community, and the convenience is great, but it comes with a hefty dose of condescension and attitude, and you pay for it with higher prices. The first visits I let the snooty and “would rather not be bothered” attitudes slide, and went back to give them a fair shake. This was the third try with the same kind of experience so I will go a mile, or a few, further and won’t mind paying higher prices at worst, to get service with a friendlier attitude in the future.

Should probably wait until I actually receive my order, but I am extremely disappointed in the service here. Fulfillment issues with the wallpaper company have held up my dining room renovations for weeks and I had to call half a dozen times before asking for the manager. None of the daily staff were able to give me adequate information about my order status. The fifth call I was told "We'll call you when it comes in." After the story changed several times before that. John, the manager, determined the cause of the proplem with the distrubtor, but was not able to offer me any recompense for my extreme inconvenience. Being put in a situation where I must demand to have my problem fixed irks me, personally, as a customer service professional. I should not have to jump through so many hoops at full price and STILL be left wanting. I like to support local business any chance I get, but I think I may need to go to the internet for my future wall paper endeavors.

Only been in here a couple times. But the staff were really helpful. Stopped me from buying way too much stain. Place is clean and seemed to be busy.

Their website says that they carry samples but when I got there they only had the $15 quarts. They said that they were out of the pints, as were all of their other stores. Not Helpful.
