The shipping fee is the stupidest thing ive ever heard or experienced! You can't even buy anything online without it being 35 or more! So instead I have to fricken go into the store and the staff was terrible he was absolute so rude to my mother!

This target is unappealing on the outside, a mess on the inside, and employees are not friendly. I told the person working in customer service that my pickup order was wrong and he just stared at me blankly until I walked away? Awful experience and super weird.

Serviceable location when shopping in-store. As for online and curbside pickups, avoid them. Numerous negative experiences. Takes at least several hours for orders to be ready. Relatively high chance of unexpected cancellations and missing items, even after receiving emails of orders being ready. You'll get a headache fast.

A bit disappointed when I was asked about my service dogs ? aid in my recovery , I really thougt the question was out of line as my dog is very well behaved and extremely well trained so when I shop this year for Christmas and the new year for tvs and other high end electronics it will be elsewhere !!!

This review is solely about the manager Junior. I purchased ensure max protein shakes on November 7th. I opened one on November 8th and found that it was a bad batch. I attempted to do an exchange and he coldly said “we don’t do exchanges “. I then had to be the one to say ok well, I guess do the return and then I can take the credit to purchase the new ones. He begins the return and then says to me well you won’t get the $6 off that you originally got off because with returns you lose your coupons. I then told him that he needs to make some type of accommodation because it isn’t my fault that the shakes were bad. He nonchalantly said can’t do it. I asked for the manager he said I am the manager. I threw the new shakes on the counter and took the old ones back and went back to my car. I called customer relations and they apologized for the situation and said they can apply $6 to a gift card for future reference to accommodate the discounted rate. Junior could’ve easily have done that and Junior needs to learn customer service (if that’s even his name, he didn’t have a nametag on).

There isn't alot of freezer items. Its a pretty big store but it didn't have a huge selection.

Terrible in store experience – – empty shelves, store employees, don’t seem to care, long waits… Etc. Target customers deserve better. Amazon is a much better experience!

They use trash to block off the changing rooms at night. No signs. The clothing sections are open but you can't try anything on..

I was buying sand for the cat, after the cashier checked the sand I wanted to lift it up and put it in the basket, he threatened me with calling the police if I touch him,twice, obviously he had a certain handicap and after paying I left, maybe the manager should be considerate towards customer and the employee and avoid a future confrontation in the store. I will not do my buying from that store, not if I’m threatened by their employees.

I shop here regularly and I’ve mostly had good to great experiences. This target is well shopped and sometimes I can’t find what I need or want like popular food and drinks. But overall it is a good Target store. For over 10 years I’ve experienced great customer service and on my most recent trip the employees looked happy and were friendly.
