TITLE Boxing Club Boston Assembly Row is a full-body, authentic heavy bag workout designed to build fitness, control breathing, and clear the mind. The gym offers an accessible, no-judgment environment where people of all ages, shapes, and abilities can learn how to box. It is a tremendous fitness sanctuary with professional, enthusiastic trainers, coaches, and staff who are fun, supportive, and friendly. The team will meet you where you are and take you to the heights you’re aiming for. The Assembly Row branch is a large space equipped with plenty of bags and an enthusiastic team of instructors. The different class formats, including Boxing and the favorite Box and Lift class, are an excellent addition for a full body workout and stress reliever. The convenient location, close to the Assembly Row Orange Line T-stop and with free three-hour parking, makes it easily accessible. Members find themselves getting out of bed early to squeeze in a class, feeling more energized at the end.
Great place, wonderful instructors, and friendly staff. If you're looking for a new workout routine/place, look no further. My best investment in 2026 to date and no they're not even paying me to write this.

Had an amazing first-time class with Coach Travis at Najavy’s private boxing event. It was very organized, encouraging and motivating. I can’t wait to come back for my next class!!!

I have been doing classes at Title for about 4 months now. I love everything about this club! The community, the energy, the coaches! I’m glad I started coming here to learn a new sport and becoming more active!
