Female employees were chatting with each other and customer they knew personally, instead of tending to the line of customers in front of them. Very unprofessional. Finally the man who helped me, printed the incorrect size for the photo. 7/30 at 1:15 pm. Extremely dissatisfied.

Ryan signed for my package from the delivery UPS Truck. When I arrived they did not have it! A very expensive package Ryan if you could please return it back to the store!!!!!

Excellent service. Ryan help me out with closing the box putting a Fragile label and making sure everything was all set. I highly recommend this UPS store

This UPS location does not stock UPS express boxes. I assume so they can sell you boxes instead. Their answer as to why is that each store is independently owned. It boggles the mind that a UPS store would not step stock UPS express Packaging

Extremely efficient and quick service at this UPS location. I was worried my package was messed up going in because I ran out of packing tape and the box was weird due to it but the guy at the store said “no problem I will get it ready” and did it so quick!!

They don’t have the suite number listed in their address when selecting them as a drop
Location for purchases from Amazon. As a result, the shipping company (UPS) wouldn’t recognize the address and sent it to another UPS access location down the road. Fortunately the new location wasn’t too far, but this store really needs to fix their address with Amazon if they are going to be a drop location.
Also, FYI, they charge $5 to use them as a drop location.
