The employees are very helpful with the services. I did print, scan and email. The guy who took me as a customer made sure the scan goes right and very clear because I had sign documents and confirmed email with me before send it.

Beware UPS charges $3 just to print the label you already purchased from them. USPS has a much better and modern QR code system. The Post Office is more innovative and user friendly in 2024.

Quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had while running errands. The staff at this UPS store were incredibly helpful and kind. While there, I had to print some documents, package them in mennella folders, and send the folders off in a box. Through each step, the staff answered all of my questions and made sure we got the best prices.A wonderful experience.

Great place for printing and dropping of packagesThat being said - I needed 1minute of the notary time to sing and notarize a document - while she was “working” on her phone, she refused to help, under the pretext that she has other appointments. Super disappointed about her demeanor and the “service” provided

This location lost a package I sent. They did not notify me that it was lost or file a claim to find it. If I wanted poor service and lost packages I would've used the postal service.

Even during their busiest times they're so fast and efficient. I came here for a quick document scan and they were so professional, kind, helpful, and fast.

Free parking spots and super nice staff. The nice guy helped me merge a box. I should have asked his name. Thank you!

I needed to ship things from Massachusetts to another state. A man at the closest UPS Store told me it would cost a couple hundred dollars just to ship one part of my items. He had recommended that I bring the things in so he could potentially pack the items more efficiently and give me the best price. I did so and he didn't make any effort to see if the items could be packed into smaller boxes. Additionally, I had 2 or 3 large bags and one milk crate filled with DVDs. He looked at the bag and said it would be at least $100 to ship it.I ended up packing most of the items myself and brought them to the Somerville UPS Store on a recommendation from my brother in law. I'm so glad I did. Ramona was so helpful and was able to get ALL the items shipped for under $190. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but it was much better than the estimate I was given at the previous UPS Store, and I felt it was worth it. Next time I have something to ship from Massachusetts, I definitely will be using the Somerville UPS Store.

Super easy drop off. I needed something notarized as well and didn't have an appointment (didn't realize until I got there) and an employee was able to even though they were busy. That being said I recommend getting an appointment if you need a doc notarized because there is no guarantee they'll be able to. Easy process and staff was friendly.

I run a small business and while I ship most of my orders through USPS, occasionally UPS offers better rates for large packages, so I make drop offs here on a regular basis. I was really glad to learn that they sell packing peanuts, because sometimes I run out and need to grab supplies at the last minute. Well, the last time I asked for packing peanuts, the employee told me that they no longer sell them and this was a company wide policy change. Turns out that was a lie: He just didn't feel like going in the back and making up the bags for me. I couldn't find anything on the UPS website regarding this policy change, so I asked another staff member the next time I was at the store, and that person confirmed that I can absolutely still buy packing peanuts there. All I can say is that if UPS doesn't want to take my money for supplies, that is just fine. I go to U-Haul or Staples now if I need supplies in a hurry. I just drop my pre-paid packages off at this store as necessary and will not buy anything else or seek additional services.I'm still leaving 3 stars because everyone else I've encountered at this store was courteous and helpful.

It's either really good or really bad. depends on the staff. Sometimes there are more than willing to help me locate my parcel, however other times they don't seem to care
