I couldn't believe how rude the driver Oden was to me. He attempted to deliver previously, but didn't give me sufficient time to get downstairs before leaving (I'm wheelchair dependent and chronically ill). When he finally delivered, he rudely told me that he would never deliver to me again because I was so much "trouble." The only reason that I put up with it is that he had my cat's ashes. I pray that neither he nor UPS ever does return again.

We are sorry that you will DEFINITELY experience issues with your delivery. If you need further assistance from UPS, it is utterly HOPELESS to contact us in any way or show up at this location during the 90 minutes when we are available to tell you that we doubt your package existed in the first place. And it is downright RUDE of you to come right up to our gates expecting us to do some sort of shipping activity.

By far the worst UPS I ever did business with. None of them knows where my package went. The customer service lied to me three times. Now I’m the fool for giving you guys a chance. If you’re reading this, please do yourself a favor try anything but this specific location. I also don’t need a robot to reply to this. You already dug hole in this because I’m never doing business here!

The customer care center was excellent, but the reason I didn't give UPS a 5 star is because every time I need to sign for a package, they claim they made an attempt when that was a lie, so I had to go chase down my packages

I was here Friday evening trying to pick up my package, the gentlemen told me to come here back on Saturday. I raised my concern that the office is technically closed over weekends and he reassured me that I can get through the security entrance. Guess what? Now it’s Saturday and I’m here told by the guard that they are closed.I understand that everyone here has a sense of responsibility but there seem to be some internal miscommunication.

Absolutely horrible service- being open for only TWO hours a day- DURING working peoples business hours makes no sense at all. Charged my card for same day pick up and didnt tell me they were closed when i could get it. Never called me and told me where the package was. Absolute garbage. Shut this place down.

Thoroughly rude. The UPS driver who attempted delivery at my house, left a sticky on the door telling me to pick up the package at 411 Highland Ave. I guess UPS drivers don't need to worry about knowing where the package pick up points actually are. Because newsflash: there is NOT a package pick up point at 411 Highland Ave and it's been closed for months apparently. Update - UPS completely d***ed up this delivery as they have been prone to doing lately. The issue here is they cost me over a thousand dollars and cancellation of plans thst had been scheduled for MONTHS

Driver scans my package out on the 2nd, Friday before the Labor Day weekend. The driver decides not to deliver my package. Today is now the 9th, still no delivery attempt since the 2nd. Call customer care, finally get through, only to be told to go to Somerville and pick them up myself. Get to the UPS in Somerville, only to be told they don’t know where my package is and informed me that I need to reach out to the shipper and let them know that the package is lost. Long story short, the shipper tells me they have to have UPS investigate and it could be 7-10 days. Call back UPS customer’s service to put in the claim, their response to me is they hope to have it resolved within 2 weeks! The package is somewhat important, it’s brakes for my daughters car!!!! Thanks for dropping the ball UPS. If you need to ship something, and actually get the package to where it needs to be, do yourself a favor and don’t use UPS.DHL is the way to go, or FedEx if you have to. Just not UPS

Shameless and worst company and service. All their representatives have been cheating. Don’t expect to hear the same thing about your package delivery from two different representatives. I have made 20+ calls to them, and they promised to call me back. Apparently they never did. Also, their supervisor asked me to show respect to their team while they were lying to me as a customer. I don’t understand how dare they ask for respect from their customers when they show no respect to customers as they lie about everything and transfer you to some random teams who can’t never be responsible for your requests. If google map allowed me to use profane words to describe their services, I would.

I always have problems with UPS. My last package was from FL and it never arrived. The driver mark it as delivered and he didn't even take a picture. I called and they said it didn't look delivered a week later they sent me a letter saying that the package was delivered and didn't pay me my money or nothing. I loose my package and my money.

This package was dropped off last week 04/03/2022 at the staples in Somerville for next day air. It’s hasn’t made it or scanned yet . It’s been over a week now and we can’t track It down. Staples made attempts looking for it and they couldn't find it. We had to contact your driver. Who by the way doesn’t scan the packages he said “ I don’t scan the packages “ I just toss em in the truck and the store unloads the truck” . Now the package has very important paperwork and keys that can’t be retrieved . Please kindly try to find this package1Z8E88E78498052174It’s really urgentThank you

We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!
