Pat and the other gentleman is a pleasure to work with when I am being helped by them for my postal needs. The female short curly hair glasses she can be nasty to customers. I’ve witnessed this a few times now.

This location is frequently closed during what is supposed to be their business hours. I arrived at 12:43 and there was a sign on the door saying they are closed until 1:45. Being closed for over an hour is unacceptable. And to have that happen during normal lunch hours when people come there to try to mail items is ridiculous.

Hated this one specific worker. This worker which was a man told my mom when she was asking about information if she knew what Google was. Is it their job to provide information and help us? He was just being rude and unprofessional. He should not be working at a place like this. I don’t know his name but I know he speaks Portuguese.

I've mailed packages from 3-4 usps locations around camberville and this is my favorite. Pat is extremely helpful and patient.

The poor customer service problems continue. The Friday lady started an argument with me while I was *on the phone with someone else* and her male colleague backed her up in giving me attitude. Ironically, he was telling me to not give HIM attitude. It's people like this that give unions a bad name. Perhaps it's time to motivate them into a new job where they don't deal with customers directly, possibly with less money attached.

One of the better USPS locations in Somerville and Boston. I am usually here on Saturday and they are always friendly and fast.

I have the utmost respect for USPS workers and especially in these high pressure times. But unprofessionalism at this branch is off the charts. Male and female employee both bad. Slow, rude, dismissive. The female employee openly tried to provoke me. I am going to walk twice as long to a further away post office to do business after today.

Terrible experience (as others have cited) on a recent Saturday visit. The clerk was extremely rude and unfriendly, and while all of us were in line way before 2pm, she yelled to us all that we should know better than to come to the post office “so late” on a Saturday. Why should we know better if the establishment closes at 2? She refused to help me with mailing my package and refused to let me step to the side to correct my “mistake” and mail the package after 30 minutes in line. Truly some of the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. And I really hate to give the USPS a bad review! But, she was truly horrible. Would avoid this location if you can - which is clearly what this woman wants as she made it pretty clear that she doesn’t want people frequenting her USPS location

Quick and friendly - thanks guys!Updated to say, the poor employee single-handedly managing the wicked line on Dec 18, the Christmas priority shipping deadline, handled it really well and deserves a bonus and a tropical vacation.

Disgusting service. Asked for advice to send a package the cheaper way - as a result paid more (regular delivery time) than a flat rate priority mail

If you need to do literally anything at all, like even just buying stamps, go to a different location. The reps are incredibly rude.

Closes early. Arrived at 1:50 on Saturday and clerk had already locked door. Ignored me even though he could clearly see me waiting outside.
