“I stopped at the store for three things, cigarettes, lottery tickets and coffee. Not many things separate one convenience store from another period Carousel is the exception. It's been in the same place in the same Community for years. It's a small hole in the wall and if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't know it existed. However it's always busy and that's simply from Word of Mouth. Expect to go there and pay fair prices and choose from a large selection of food beverage tobacco and for a store that small and has one of the largest Lottery selections around! They also have a great daily so stop in get served with a smile and take your lunch to go to my favorite convenience store. I will literally drive an extra 20 minutes past any Tedeschi's, 7:11 and White Hen Pantry just to go to carousel.”

“Neighborhood convenience store. Great for cigarettes, lottery, snacks. Because it's a convenience store, household items are a tad overpriced, so you'll want to go up the road to CVS or down the road to Star Market unless you're in a hurry. They're open late and on all holidays, I believe. The guys at the counter are all super nice, and will remember you if you're a semi-regular, which I appreciate.”

“The best sandwiches I have ever had. I used to go 35 years ago and I forgot all about this hidden gem. I started working in Watertown and looked it up and ordered and now I'm hooked. They pile on the meat and you get to pick your toppings. I have had 4 different sandwich and i'm OBSESSED with themI'm going to start getting my deli from them because their meat is soo fresh.BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!”

“I was there yesterday, and I found the store to be well stocked, clean, and the operator courteous and friendly. They took my money, and it was less than I expected to pay, and the product was good --- so it IS a real store. I would drop in again. As for other reviewers, I have to give them one star. “It's nice to buy a soda or something at a place that doesn't say Walgreens/CVS/711. Not enough little stores like this left. My only one gripe would be to ask the guy who works there to take a shower and use deodorant. Other than that he gave me good advice on cold medicine last year.”

“I had a great experience at Kristinas Variety. The store was organized very well and everything is easy to find. Candy is near candy and chips are near chips. The employee at the front is very kind and explains the lottery games very well. The lottery wins are always updated on the calendar at the front too.”

“Came across this location in August and it's a huge store with a nice variety of cute everything I ended up getting casual and pants there with sunglasses for 15 bucks. You can't beat it.! Service was kind of lacking there was really like one person and when you check out there's a bunch of self-service too.”

“Have been coming here for years! Moe is awesome and if you're a regular and it's the day or two before pay day he will let you slide till you get paid. His wife is a very sweet lady.. I don't see her as often but I recently went through chemo and everytime my fiance went in she always asked after me and told him she prayed for me every night. A great little neighborhood store!”

“My "GO TO" Lottery store for buying lottery quick picks & scratch tickets because I like the owners & I LOVE THEIR CAT! Great corner in Roslindale Sq right in front of a bus stop if you need to go to Forest Hills Station & across the street is another T stop going to Forest Hills and on the other corner is a Chinese Food place and next to this variety store is a bakery. Cool little store that has a nice vibe. LOVE THEIR CAT!”

I've walked by it many times not noticing, today I entered a warm and inviting place, not only was it a good store, when I was short on a pack of smokes I was kindly allowed to bring my dollar and change later...
