We went shopping the day after Christmas. Alex went above and beyond to help us. Alex helped us find a shirt in the back (another store worker wasn’t able to find), apply a e-gift card and gave us free shipping on a polo that was out of stock in store. Super friendly staff and highly recommend shopping here

Me and my friend of 59 years were out Christmas shopping and stopped in at the Vineyard Vines store at Assembly Row in Somerville MA to look for gifts for my husband, and I have to say we had the most positive experience while there. After not being able to find a few of the sizes I needed, Paul, the Assistant Manager came over to assist me. Paul was extremely personable, helpful, patient, and accommodating when it came to picking out the right gifts for my husband . I truly feel he went beyond his duties as a manager to make sure I was comfortable, and happy with my purchases, and he did it all with a sense of humor, which I found refreshing! I never felt pressured or rushed, nor did he treat me like I was just “another number”. Thank you Paul for making our experience a great one. I know my husband is going to love his new wardrobe!

This is an excellent store. I recently bought a pair of shorts at another Vineyard Vines outlet that I lost. I called this outlet and Emily went above and beyond to find me the same shorts in my size. She sent the shorts to a Vineyard Vines store near me and followed up with shipping information and photos of the shorts. I had the new shorts within 2 business days. It was outstanding service and I felt very valued as a customer.

The blonde pregnant woman that works there (i think Julie was her name?) was extremely hostile and prejudice. She came from the back and immediately told me to hand over my stuff to start a fitting room. I was still looking so I grabbed 3 more things. She asks me to count out the 3 pieces of clothes in front of her, and then let’s me into the dressing room. Not sure why she was so adamant about counting my clothes when there wasn’t even a number tag given. After I got out the dressing room she immediately ran into it to count out the pieces left and make sure they matched. I obviously felt profiled. Not to mention, I was the only non-white person in store. She did not ask anyone else how many pieces they were bringing into the dressing room- only me. I am confident to say it was prejudice- I have been to multiple Vineyard Vines stores and have never had someone follow me around and count out my clothes. It was belittling and embarrassing.
