The Asian woman pharmacist is horrible and belittles you for her mistakes. She doesn't order or fill prescriptions that have been in the system for 2 weeks and then makes up ridiculous lies as to why. The woman pharmacist that she replaced was absolutely wonderful. Save yourself aggravation and stress and find another pharmacy. The location on Massachusetts Ave in Cambridge is great.

Been waiting on the phone for over 1 hour to be connected with a pharmacist. Severely understaffed and very difficult to work with.

My Walgreens closed with short notice and informed me they'd be transferring my prescriptions to the CVS nearby. Never happened, so I called this location to get my prescriptions refilled and they told me I had to call my doctor to have them sent it again instead of just filling them since they're still in the computer. No thanks. I'll just switch to CVS at this point.

Got passport photos taken here and USPS rejected them for being taken too far out. Good thing they took them over there but I went back to Walgreens and successfully got a refund- the cashier was very helpful and in support of me, said the original photos were not US passport photo appropriate. Their employees should be made more aware.

I tried to call the pharmacy, and the person I talked to was a real jerk. They kept repeating themselves, refusing to answer my questions, and wouldn't give me the information I needed. A pharmacy with this kind of phone service is a real loser.To be clear, so this doesn't reflect poorly on the human employees, I'm talking about their garbage automated phone system.

As a caveat: this Walgreens has friendly staff, good selection & decent prices.With that said- it has become apparent to me over the past 14 months of collecting my script(s) from this location that Walgreens corporate really dropped the ball. Pharmacy is obviously understaffed. Average phone waits have been ~30 minutes, but I don’t know what else to expect when there’s a single pharmacist and MAYBE one pharmacy tech working at a time. This Walgreens also has issues consistently supplying medication. Not only have I had medication backordered for weeks at a time, but I’ve also been told that my order is ready for pickup only to have staff tell me that the medication is on backorder upon my arrival to the store. I understand that pharmacy staff aren’t privy to logistics information regarding expected medication shipment arrivals but it would be nice to hear more than “it’ll probably get here next month”The medication I get here isn’t life saving or something I need to function but I honestly could not recommend anyone come here with the intention of getting their script on time.Again, the staff are incredibly courteous despite a large number of customers- some of which are very rude. Nothing against the pharmacist or any of the other staff in the store.Stoned and want a snack? Go crazy. Need some conditioner on the way home? Knock yourself out.This just isn’t the place your doctor should send your prescription.

The service here sucks. Cashier here prefers to play with cashback options for 10 more mins with previous customer, instead of selling me otc medicine for running nose.

Once again customer service severely lacking. Third trip in a week each time missing at least one prescription. Everyone talking behind the counter while the line builds.Guess what? Not ready again.Management needs to address this issue

Vanny is great. They made my night.But I am looking at the Walgreens right now and they are supposed to be open at 7, and it is 8:34 and they are still closed so I don't know what that is about.

The pharmacy reminds me of the old Saturday Night Live it's literally like a comedy show. The Asian lady behind the counter is absolutely ridiculous. Is she the owner's daughter or something? How does she survive working their day-to-day without getting fired

??️?️???????I can Honestly say that my recent visit as well as all of my past visits have all been exceptionally great, I really can't think of any problems or concerns to regarding this Walgreens location.??️?️???????Highly recommend!!!??️?️???????

I wish I could give 0 stars. Grotesque displays of transphobia on multiple occasions from an Asian-American female pharmacist. In front of a crowded line she said she could not give me my medication because my gender marker on insurance didn't match my ID. I tried to explain that was for personal, medical reasons but she refused to give me my prescriptions--loudly talking about my gender where several people surely heard.I call my doctor and she said there was an issue with the prescription...but it had NOTHING to do with my gender marker.I swore to never go back but I had to call about something."I need to refill a prescription. Can I do that here or should my doctor call?"her: "I don't know.""Okay well can I refill my XYZ?"her: "what?""Should my doctor call?"her: "yeah okay.""So my doctor will call to refill XYZ."her: "okay I'll cancel your prescription."And at that point I hung up. Never touched the store, app, or pharmacy again.
