The customer service is generally bad, but today things got worse when the person working at the seafood counter cursed at me for asking him if he can put my fish in a plastic bag. I asked him if he could put it in a plastic bag (because it typically leaks) on the way home. While getting the bag, he said are you expletive serious? I said, excuse me, what did you say? He said “nothing, here” and handed me my fish. I seriously don’t understand what makes him/them think this is okay.

Good selection. But don’t expect anything resembling good service from the team in the hot foods counter. Ordered a sandwich which took - not exaggerating - 15 minutes for the “worker” to put together at the most glacial pace I’ve seen somebody move at.

Best groceries store in the town and the prices are also decent. While still a quality store. Fresh Vegetables always and clean. I love this place and good quality products too.

The veggies, berries, and fruits here are always old and have gone bad. I recently picked up some basil which had black spots on the inner leaves, avocados which were several days past ripe and berries that grew mold in a day or two. The other whole foods by the river is worlds better

Business parking lot has about 15-20 spots. There's a hot & cold food bar, sold by the weight and fixed price hot soups. The rest is like normal organic grocery store

Generally it is a store you want to go. But this one is quite small, so you make sure to focus on getting what you need and not about enjoying the store

The hot foods bar is *unfathomably* and *outrageously* overpriced and the quality and selection of dishes is mediocre at best... Not even close to being on par with what I would expect from Whole Foods. To say it was a colossal disappointment is a generous description.

I went home a couple of weeks ago and thought I would nab my favorite coffee. George Howell! I grabbed 4 as I like to give them as gifts. Well in my excitement I didn't see the dates until I got home... YIKES! BTW customer service was fine and the location was clean and organized. Respectfully Reviewed.

Great selection, affordable prices if you have a prime account, you get a 10% discount

Helpful and friendly long-term staff. The small size means they don’t carry every item but it’s much easier to get in and out of h HR quickly than say a larger place like River Street Whole Foods or Market Basket.(((3I also like how its location right in Inman Square means it attracts a lot of pedestrians and cyclists although the parking lot is fully adequate.

I've been a regular here for over a year. The cashier's are very cold and unwelcoming, bordering on hostile. I can see the store from my window, but I go out of my way to get my groceries elsewhere since I'm uncomfortable coming back.

When I pay in Germany or Austria or Belgium for the same quality food and selection is probably 30-40% less after sales tax. Very sad that Americans have to pay such high prices for normal quality food that isn't extremely processed and even then it's really not much better than most of the supermarkets around here

Nice, not too crowded. Good selection, though they sadly no longer carry my favorite tea. Nice to have in the neighborhood!
