Only issue is you can't use the drive thru if you are not a member of the bank. I received a check from someone & went here to cash the check & I waited in the Drive thru line 4 cars, just to be told I'll have To go inside to cash a check if I'm not a member. Other then that everything went smoothly

Terrible customer service. Improper information. The worst experience I ever had with a bank. I recommend banking somewhere else. They aren't even FDIC insured.

This bank sucks!!!! Don't waste your time. My bank numbers got compromised a bunch of times and they make you feel like your a criminal. They basically blame you without saying it was you. They don't help you get your money back. I was told I had to call the places to see if I could get my money back. They also told me if my numbers got compromised again they wouldn't issue me a debit card lol??????????? What bank does that??????? Sooooo cz there are thieves in this world im getting punished because I shop online and numbers get compromised, unfortunately thats how it is in this world. Im done with this bank they never helped me get my money back that was taking so im out 3 hundred bucks. That's fine! I bought Winter Hill Bank Cheap. They showed me who they are for 299$ My family has been banking with them for over 50 years. After I told them what they did to me they will be looking for a new bank along with me. Don't waste your time or lose your money with this bank. None of them wanna work. They are all lazy! They all pass the buck to the next co worker. 80% of them are rude! Just find a different bank you'll be better off.

Think before doing business with this bank.. research others!!I needed a pre-approval letter for a Somerville lottery home I had hoped to apply for. I reached out to Winter Hill Bank in early March to help out. They notified me that I had to do the loan application online. I had never asked for a loan before and was very confused by the application, they offered none to little guidance when I called in asking for help. My case worker switched throughout the process and I wasn't notified until I called in asking for the status of my letter (called in weekly and they always told me "they were working on it" and that no documents were missing in my part), as the deadline for the lottery applications were approaching. The process was expected to take 2 weeks and it ended up taking 2 months. One week before the lottery application, Katrina Mulvihill, my case worker at the bank reached out and said we didn't qualify for a loan! I notified my initial case worker, Peter Majane, of this and still have yet to hear a response left from him. We had days left before the application deadline and were devastated as we were really hoping to apply for this lottery and had pre did everything months in advance in order to do so. Without hope, we reached out to another small and private bank; they got us a letter in the span of 2 days without any problems.Please do some research on other banks before you think about doing business with Winter Hill.

Horrible, horrible bank. They are stuck in the 1970s, both with their interior decor and their technologies. Online banking is pretty much not an option with them, it's so bad. We have been resetting our password and changing our user name over and over (at their direction) because we can NEVER get it. We made it in to the account once, then were locked out because we didn't log in again within a certain time frame. We will be taking our business elsewhere; this is f***ing ridiculous.

I love Winter Hill Bank. However, they really need to open the inside! The drive-thru is crazy long with cars and pedestrians waiting in line. Sometimes the line of cars block the parking spots for the convenient store next to it. I understand that COVID-19 makes it difficult but It's very ridiculous since they have the shields inside the bank to prevent any close contact with customers and employees. Please open!

Customer service sucks. Had an issue with card numbers being stolen, and still money was not returned to me. I've been waiting for 4 weeks now and still no word on anything. Piss poor.
