Buyer beware: This store will is full of used car salesmen on commission. They will say anything to make the sale. If you have any issues or the original deal is no longer available, they wash their hands and basically say, sucks for you. Complete lack of accountability, terrible customer service and overpriced. They don’t care because they know they are the only service provider for most areas.

We came here to try to solve an issue we've had for the last two years with our account and because the sudden price increase of our plan. The issue is that we have never been able to access our account and see our billing information nor make payments—we always have to do it through the "quick payment method on the website. Because of that, we had no idea what the price increase was for.We made an appointment and got here on tie for our appointment. The customer service person kept asking for my phone without really explaining what he was doing (very uncomfortable). He asked us to change some passwords, but the issue was still there. He realized that we had to call customer service and fix it over the phone. He also ask us to come back to him to cancel services and open a new account and to remember to find HIM because he gets his commission... I get it, we all work for money, but at least show some interest and some type of quality customer service.Not only was a waste of time, but our @comcast email account was broken after that day, causing even more issues than we had in the first place.We wish we could soon find a replacement for the cable service.

I walked in and made a reservation for a technician to help me in the next day from 12pm to 2pm. They said all set and had my phone number. However, I waited 2 hours for nothing, even a phone call to cancel it. I had to call Xfinity and made a reservation for the next day again. What good is the technician is great and solved my problem. My advice is if you want to get help from a technician, give Xfinity a call instead of visiting this place in person turns out to waste of time

Super useless store! I was helped by someone named Don. I asked to cut my connection a month later as I was moving; instead the person cancelled it for the same day! I called xfinity afterwards and they restored it -- but I found later they charged me for a month again for that! Stay away from this store and xfinity!

Amazingly helpful. After hours on the phone getting nowhere, I went to the XFI store. Liam Chen was amazing. Truly professional and was able to get everything done in 15 minutes. Also provided me with his card and # in case something went wrong. Patient, respectful, professional and so helpful. I'll only ever do to the XFI store now.

I hope I can give 0 star to Xfinity internet. Their customer service can’t read English. They waste my time and cut my internet while I was asking they why my bill became more expensive while I don’t know.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have a new modem from Comcast that we rent, under a year old. And it has been offline for over 24 hours of which we have spent trying to get an appointment. They lied multiple times about setting up appointments for us that we found out later, since we weren’t getting confirmation emails, they weren’t actually booking. We called back and they let us know nothing was in the system. This happened TWICE in one day. Once we finally caught on we got a confirmed appointment and they didn’t show. We called 30 minutes after the latest time they were supposed to be there and they told us the agent got sick and then the next available appointment was 3 days from today which would be 4 days without WiFi. Each agent was incredibly unhelpful. Calling Verizon in the morning and going to see if they can install WiFi before Comcast can make it out here. I have never had more terrible service then from these people. If you can go any other route I’d recommend. Clearly their call center has no checks and balances and the agents just get away with hanging up on guests not resolving anything and lying on the calls.

Terrible. We came to lower our bill. They tried to bully us into keeping cable and they even lied about pricing so we would just keep cable with the WiFi. They acted surprised when we pulled up website pricing.We bought a router to save money on the rental from Xfiniti and they pretended that was unheard of. So we had to review the bill and ask them to remove that line item all while there was a rolling cart with our equipment on it…Very sneaky.Anyways I went from $267/mo to $60. Be careful when you go and do your research they clearly aren’t trying to do right by their customer’s.
