Y-Not Variety is a friendly, family-owned neighborhood corner store and the best convenience and liquor store in the area. It is a well-stocked local spot with a great, incredible, and surprisingly diverse selection. This includes classic staples, food, ice cream, and a ton of excellent beer and wine choices, which is rare for the area. The store is clean, organized, and has great, long hours. The folks running it are very nice, super nice, and personable, clearly looking after the neighborhood. The place hosts lovely flowers and a helpful community bulletin board, making it a cherished part of the community.

A variety of flavors of delicious Italian ice for $2.99…what’s not to love here? The folks running the place are kind and there’s a variety of other convenience store types goods for sale, although I always come for the Italian ice.
