I live close to this cvs and have always filled my prescriptions at the drive through but today I went inside because we needed some graduation cards. I stepped up the the window to pick up my prescriptions and stood the until the girl behind the counter said something slightly sarcastic which I didn’t hear completely so I said Im sorry I didn’t hear you. She then spoke to me like I was supposed to know what she wanted me to do. When it became clear that I didn’t understand that she was asking me to use the kiosk her and another employee started laughing about my confusion so I spoke up about not having been born with the knowledge of how to use their system. At that point a woman stepped through the swinging door and got in my face aggressively as if I had done something wrong until I explained that I simply asked the young lady what she said because I didn’t hear her and that she had gotten sarcastic with me. NEVER again. And I will be calling both my corporate office and CVS Monday morning.

I would NOT recommend the CVS/Aetna {Medicare Advantage} plan to even a dying person. Part of that plan is a $75 quarterly over-the-counter (OTC) allowance. Out of all the items in the three OTC (CVS) catalogs, I found only two items that I could use... and they were over-priced compared to other stores. I couldn't even select the antacid flavor I wanted. I had to select the one CVS directed. I was led to believe I could purchase ANY item in the store, but there wasn't even a cologne or after-shave in their catalogs. As well, I cannot use that OTC plan in any CVS that is not a stand-alone store, such as the ones in Target. So to all my fellow senior citizens, stay clear of the Aetna/CVS Medicare Advantage Plan!

Worst CVS customer service PHARMACY. Absolutely no communication with costumers. I swear I do not know what ever happened with just simple customer service, I just went over to the drive thru as there was another car in front of us being attended. As we get to the window the lady at the window just kept closing the service window and there was so many signs that confused you to read what is important. As I continued to wait, the lady at the window put another sign up from the inside of the pharmacy window but because of all the signs outside of the drive through you cannot read what is on the inside sign. My wife was very upset that she went inside and that’s when we asked if the pharmacy is closed. Let me not forget I was sick fighting a cold and I am handicap and as we asked to speak to a manger and told the associate that they could of simply just told us they closed for the day, not shut the window and put a poster.

It’s incredibly frustrating that you can no longer speak to a pharmacy staff member over the phone - the only option is to leave a voicemail and then get stuck in a game of phone tag when the question or concern could have been handled in a few minutes vs waiting for a call back

I was at CVS and I normally do the checkout but instead I decided to let them do it and I went to paid for it and realized I didn’t have any money so I ran out to my car. When I got back she had 6 customers and expected to wait I told her just give me the bag I do it myself I am really getting tired of employees they always except me to wait so they can finish with them I am not going to use them I will keep with the checkout instead. I definitely not going to her anymore.

It's cvs, if you don't know what a cvs is... Think of a store with things you absolutely need sometimes and other things you'll never use after two days of ownership. They have a great staff and the pharmacists are like family.

Me and my friend came here, looking for a sleep aid. we waited for the pharmacist for quite a while, but when she was able to help us, it was worth the wait. She was very knowledgeable and we were happy with our experience. Thanks again Christine!

I asked the cashier, around 11:00 am on Saturday 12/9 is she would unlock the cabinet so I could get some face cream. Rudely responding, I'm not the only one here. Another words find someone on the floor. She did open, no smile, no customer service. Just a miserable employee.

One of the worst places to send your prescription. The customer service is horrible. I went there last week and asked the pharmacist if I can get midol from the window since she was already taking care of my other prescriptions. She told me “no you need to come in the store”. I walked in but the level of stupidity is unbelievable with these bunch. Then a few days later, my doctor sent a prescription for my baby. I picked up and when I got home they didn’t have the decency to disclose to me the prescription was not available so when I got home I had to call them again so they can let me know they didn’t have it. If it was the first time I can handle. The second time ok they forgot but every other prescription is a to do the level of competency at this specific CVS. So unreal and ridiculously stupid to work with people that oversee meds. They’re not transparent. This is the worse store for anyone to entertain. Lazy pharmacist, assistants whatever they want to call themselves. Just unbelievable!
