“Went here with my 2014 bmw 535 I I purchased Elianio helped me with working with my warranty company cause the engine failed it did take some time to get this done a lil more than I wanted it to take because of the warranty but he made sure my car was okay I had a couple minor issues after the engine replacement brought it back and repaired I will be going back to get my ac charged cause we forgot to do that but I highly recommended his service for major engine repair or anything else he knows

“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”

“As a college student living far from home, car trouble is more than just inconvenient—it’s terrifying. My car had started randomly stopping on me and shaking back and forth whenever I would brake. I had no idea what was going on, and being on a tight student budget with no nearby family to call, I felt completely overwhelmed.
I brought my car into the Jiffy Lube in Cranston hoping for some answers and what I got was a team of absolute heroes!
They listened patiently to my concerns, never once talking down to me or brushing me off. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and actually figured out what was wrong—low oil (lol IM JUST A GIRL). They explained the issue clearly and offered solutions that were both effective and affordable.
Not only did they fix the problem causing the random stalling and violent shaking, but they also made sure the rest of my vehicle was safe and running smoothly before sending me back on the road.
What touched me the most was how human they were. They saw I was stressed and scared, and they treated me with the kind of compassion and care you don’t often find in a business. It felt like talking to family.

“I had fantastic service today! I showed up and the door was locked because they where in the back. I was sitting in my car looking up somewhere else to go. They ended coming out to my car and asking me what I needed. They did an oil change and was able to get my diagnostic test for my check engine light. They where friendly, fast and accommodating. Im happy to report my check engine light turned off. This will be my new place for an oil change!”

“They are so kind there! My tire was slowly leaking air - wasn't sure if I had to replace it or patch it. Turns out I must've bumped a curb or something and my rim was slightly off. They fixed it in under 10 minutes at no charge. The best part was how happy they were to help. 10/10 would go there again!”
