This CVS has locked up nearly everything at this point. I no longer buy anything when picking up prescriptions and just order on Amazon. I’m not wasting my money here if you make it so difficult to purchase and never have enough staff to help for all these locked up items. Figure it out.

Our local CVS pharmacy seems better stocked, has friendly and efficient staff and a fabulous young man who manages the pharmacy and is very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Their shelves are empty. The employees are not properly trained or not trained at all idk? They refuse to help or honor coupons. Their unable to process & honor my care pass coupons. I walk up their for nothing. All sale items are gone the same day!! It's a scam to get customers to get up there to buy full priced items! America is BROKE! Well I am anyway! And depend on sales. Thanks for another wasteful day!

Understaffed/staff doesn't want to help customers. Should probably have more than 2 employees and a useless loss prevention guy on shift. Makes sense that this location has 2 stars. Just go down to riteaid/wallgreens down on East Broadway. They usually have more staff.

I get it, theft and shrink. But watch sales continue to drop with everything locked up and 0 employees to help anyone. Gave it one more chance this morning. Needed 3 things that were all locked up. Pressed the useless button. Hunted down a man that was borderline unwilling to help. Got one item and he disappeared so I left

The service at the pharmacy is absolute garbage. A worker, probably a pharmacy tech told me to wait. An hour later, I check in because this is crazy; just to find out my prescription is still on hold & the original person never did anything. Thankfully the Black girl with the bob in a pink hoodie at drop off held it down. The other Black girl in the light gray kikiing is trash. I hope the rest of the year is a good as her work ethic.
