“Went to hot topic today with. My daughter. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Also talk about the way they dressed, absolutely loved it! One girl was dressed in all black with wing eyes and super tall, helped us around store, went above for my daughter. Then another employee with pink hair chatted my daughter up a storm like they were best friends! Fatima wants to find the dress that is the best fit for you. You get a clear price for the gown and she will tell you what the alterations cost up front. Price transparency!What is most different about Fatima's bridal is that she is truly a world-class seamstress! She custom ordered my dress and then completed all alternations by hand, in her shop. And because of that, she made me a truly one of a kind, CUSTOM DRESS! She was able to add on a beautiful lace sleeve for the ceremony which perfectly fit my body. And Fatima was able to repurpose my mom's veil from her wedding in 1986 - and it looked amazing!!As someone who is more often than not self-conscious about, I have to say that I truly felt beautiful at my wedding. Fatima worries about every dress detail, so that it will truly fit like a glove. I was able to dance the night away it fit so perfectly! Thank you Fatima!!”

Although there was only one cashier at the time I was in line, she was patient and assisted me with checking out with issues for my discount and Old Navy Rewards redemption.”

“The clothes are decent especially for the price. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were a couple clothes that looked a little stretched out that once you wash them they be destroyed. The two girls at the front desk would definitely make me come again. They were very friendly easy to talk to and talk to you like a regular person. I hate when you go in stores and the person at the desk is rude and treats everything just like a Sale. I heard people say the girls at the desk are ghetto. There's nothing wrong with a little ghetto. And look where they work at. They need to be able to relate to the people they're selling stuff too. If you don't like it then don't shop there. But I enjoyed the sales girls very much”

Picked up a lot of gorgeous staples: black jeans, gray cashmere cardigan, white shirt, etc.. which will certainly be in heavy rotation in my fall/winter wardrobe. Also snatched up some amazing Christmas gifts for our 25 year old fashionable daughter and 60 year old friend with a new summer home. The clothing is unique, high quality with a sophisticated elegance. Home items, same vibe. European glam meets bespoke craftsman. We are definitely stopping here every time we pass through.”
