My older computer which needed a new keyboard and a bit more memory is now working well - better than it has in quite some time. Repairs were done in a timely manner and the staff incredibly pleasant. The cost was reasonable. I plan to use this service again.

Completely dissatisfied with customer service. After full discussion with owner to have phone fixed and arranged pick up time. Arrived owner was gone to run personal errands took my phone with him instead of leaving it with wife at office so it would b there. Charged me extra to do it that day and to have it ready for scheduled pick up which was fine but then after he was not there and wasn't back til 45 min later still charged me extra price. To which I could have gone elsewhere such as staples and paid the same as I was fully charged and my phone would have been at store when I arrived to pick up. Will never ever use this business again!!!!!!

PC Clinic is professional as well as more than fair.Not to mention genuinely friendly. I will continue to consult them for any PC issues. They are on top of their art and I recommend them to all my friends.
