We recently switched our 2 older cats as well this year and one had an issue resolved that she had had for years with a minor procedure that the other place said she couldn’t have done to her because of age and the other one had been losing weight, and with medication is now chubby and happy again.Everyone is always very nice and friendly there and would definitely recommend and actually have to other people. They also accept the CreditCare card which is helpful.”

“If you live in Western Massachusetts this is the best veterinarian around. My furbaby was very sick. She was unable to stand up. We called our regular vet they said it would be several days before they could get her in. We called Dr Katz and they were able to see her in just a few short hours. We found out she has Lyme disease.Thanks to Dr Katz she is getting back to herself.The staff was extremely friendly too! I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone who loves their furbaby as much as we love ours.”

They got all FOUR of my cats updated in the system AND in for office visits within about a month. (All other vets were 3-6 months wait for an initial visit, plus a $30-$100 deposit PER cat!) I really can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience at North King animal clinic!”
“Hess McWilliams has been a God send. For a new farmer they have provided so much assistance, tips, advice, and worked above and beyond for every animal every time called on. They follow up and respond days and weeks after the visit. I was getting answers and support from a vet on vacation! My mind has been put at ease, many times, knowing what ever animal I bring in, will get the best care. I recently took in a stray cat, with a leg that had to be amputated, possibly caught in a trap. “Edit: Unprofessional practices. Beware- do not pay by check! I wrote a check Jan 6th which did not get deposited until July 14th.I have since left the practice.Convenient location. Can't go inside. Great receptionist- but miss the old vet. If you pay by check they will sometimes hold it for months.”

“I wish I could give Hampshire vet more stars they are beyond awesome. I had an emergency my cat hadn't peed since Saturday and this was the 4th of July week (Monday the 3rd) I initially called my vet that I normally used( valley vet)explained my situation and they told me oh sorry we're all booked up you can go to south Deerfield. For anyone who doesn't know going to south Deerfield is Uber expensive and this being the start of a new month and a holiday weekend I don't have that type of money right now. So long story short Hampshire vet said we're booked but we can fit you in at 6 mind you never been there a day in my life (wow amazing I know my jaw dropped too). The staff was friendly, kind, gentle and attentive to both me and my Nyla (cat)the doctor was awesome, friendly, thorough( taking the time to answer questions, explain what she was doing, and how to prevent it from happening again) and very very kind and gentle and I'm there at about 7 and they are in no rush to leave or get me out which was a great feeling they did everything they had to do for my baby and saved me as much money as they could as I explained my situation. This vet is the best I will be going here for good from now on bye bye valley thank you for being 'too busy' so I could find this AMAZING vet!!! Don't believe these negative reviews I was weary too after reading them but those reviews held no weight in my amazing visit.”
