I have used this bank since I moved to the Cape many years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else. I miss going into the bank but marvel at how they manage to do all transactions at the drive up window. As I said I feel this is the #1 bank on Cape Cod.”

“I have been with this bank for almost 2 years now, this Citizens in particular has incredible staff. They are very kind and make you feel welcomed, they have never been rude to me like other bank tellers have been in the past. 10/10 great bank and great staff.
The only issue I’ve had is when my wallet got stolen, I could not get a new card because my old number was linked to my account. I have to go in person to get a new card and to change my number now.”
