The pharmacy at this CVS location is highly praised for its compassionate and dedicated staff. Amy, a pharmacist, is described as an angel on earth for her exceptional care during a stressful time, going above and beyond to secure essential medication and advocate for her customers. Marissa is also recognized for her outstanding service, helping a customer obtain medication after hours and resolving insurance issues by transferring prescriptions to another pharmacy, demonstrating her willingness to go the extra mile. Despite being overworked and understaffed, the pharmacy team consistently provides professional service and friendly interactions, often with a smile. Customers appreciate their reliability, noting that prescriptions are always ready and that staff are attentive and courteous. One notable incident involved a customer’s wallet being returned after being left at the pharmacy, with staff refusing a reward, highlighting their honesty and integrity. Additionally, recent positive experiences with the pharmacy include friendly and informative service from a pharmacist named Christian, who took extra time to explain options and help save money on medications. His approach has been credited with improving the overall atmosphere and customer relationships at this location, showing how dedicated staff can make a significant difference in customer satisfaction. Overall, the pharmacy team at this CVS demonstrates genuine care, professionalism, and commitment to their customers.
Wow. Well stocked, immaculate and friendly staff. I don't live on the Cape, but far better care is taken at this store than ones I frequently visit 30 southeast of Boston and in the Airport area of Rhode Island.

I use the CVS on rt134 S Dennis, MA. There has been a very big improvement with the amount of help and the quality of service at this location. The only issue is with the self checkout machines. There used to be larger bags and the machines worked much better. I don’t know why they have become useless in many cases.
